DO NOT GO HERE! !!! I went in with a leaking oil line and THEY BLEW MY MOTOR!!! I told them (Estevan Evila) what the problem was before my truck was taken there. I !!! I went in with a leaking oil line and THEY BLEW MY MOTOR!!! I told them (Estevan Evila) what the problem was before my truck was taken there. I caught him trying to start my truck and told him the oil line was leaking so it shouldn't be run. Since I prevented him from damaging my motor I thought the issue was done...it wasn't!!! (He gets a commission based on his service sales...replacing a blown motor is worth a lot more to them than just a leaky oil line!!!) He didn't ell the mechanic what the problem was, so the mechanic started and ran the motor for several minutes after having driven my truck all the way across their large parking lot. The drive path they took was easy to follow due to the large oil trail being left behind as the running motor pumped out the oil and subsequently BLEW MY MOTOR. I was 1600 miles from home and mistakenly took my truck to these dishonest people. They replaced my oil line before they told me THEY HAD BLOWN MY MOTOR. They TOOK PARTS OFF my truck to replace the oil line and NEVER REPLACED THOSE PARTS. They also TOOK PARTS OFF MY TRUCK in anticipation of replacing the MOTOR THEY HAD JUST BLOWN without my authorization...they also NEVER REPLACED THOSE PARTS effectively STEALING them. Those parts are NOT EASY to find!!! Estevan couldn't keep his lies straight while I was talking to him face to face, and I knew I was getting screwed when he and his associates started whispering to each other and giving me sideways glances. I was 1600 miles from home and stuck!!! I left their dealership and had my motor replaced with an honest mechanics shop not far away. I received a text from them about a survey they were going to send but never did. Zach Mulso said I never got the survey due to being in a different area code. That is PURE BULL!!! After all these months away from those dishonest people, who know I want nothing to do with them, they have the ARROGANT NERVE to send me a text about buying a newer vehicle from them. They sent me a text now, so they could easily have texted me the survey months ago when it may have helped hold them accountable for their actions. For MONTHS I could not get anyone to return numerous calls from me until I WAS FORCED TO GO OVER Zach MULSO'S HEAD and spoke with Fabian Guercio. That was THE ONLY WAY TO GET A RESPONSE. They know I live 1600 miles away from them and they DO NOT SEEM TO CARE about my experience with their dishonesty. The recent text I received from them (to buy a newer vehicle from them) is just a slap in my face to them!!!!! I would NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE even if my life depended on it!!!! More

I got an oil change about two weeks ago & I picked up my vehicle, first of all it was leaking oil in my driveway and making a load noise coming from my engine from them working on it as soon as I pulled off the lot. I called and they told me they couldn't get me in till next week. Even though they did something wrong. I brought in my vehicle and they had it for two days till they called and said it's fixed and I can pick it up. Picked it up and dropped off my loaner vehicle. Drove down the street and the same noise was happening (cooling fan staying on) so I called back and said I'm bringing it back in and I need my loaner back because it's not fixed. They told me that they would not give me loner back. 10 mins after I dropped it off! Said you need to come back tomorrow or make another appointment. This is not an easy commute for me, I work nights so not easy to get it in and live about 30 mins away. I go back in the morning and Zach the service manager told me that it's not their problem anymore and they won't try to fix it. He handed me my keys and said "take it to a Ford dealership that we are a Chevy dealership" remember I bought this vehicle from them! They will be hearing from my lawyer after I get it fixed elsewhere. Don't buy a vehicle here. Note.. I've had SOO many issues in the past with this place. This is not the first time. More

The negotiating process is pretty much pay the asking price. I did buy the car as I liked it and it was still priced lower than the other local chevy dealerships. More
