Sales and service I’ve had my truck for two months now, and I’ve taken It back for service twice... although the service and sales team is very polite and always willi I’ve had my truck for two months now, and I’ve taken It back for service twice... although the service and sales team is very polite and always willing to fix the issue at hand, I’m still having the same issue I originally had when I purchased the truck, despite of a few adjustments. Hopefully the problem gets solved so I can actually enjoy my big beauty.. overall the team is polite, professional, and the service manager is a great guy as well... despite the issue, I would recxomend this dealership to anyone.... Looking into unwanted acceleration The technician was good as we took the Malibu on the test ride and naturally the car was perfect. Service department is great on all counts however..... I purchased my car from this dealership when it was still Hoskins I've always been pleased with the service department. When I realized that the oil I purchased my car from this dealership when it was still Hoskins I've always been pleased with the service department. When I realized that the oil change price was noticeably cheaper than a quick lube place I was sold. My vehicle has never been anywhere else for service of any type, it is 7 years old and has 111,000 miles. I take care of it as I have all of my vehicles and kept all of them well past this mileage. I'm not feeling warm and fuzzy these past few years with the prices. This last one put me over the edge, I have already spoke to a few friends about the individual garages they go to and have been for years. $355 for an anti freeze leak that was a worn out hose, $250 of that was labor. I could see the moisture on the hose at the top of the engine. Love the service but I don't have a money tree in the backyard. I have also noticed that the price has gone up noticeably on the oil changes for at least the past year. Could be across the board however I will be checking on that at a few places also. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the next car at this dealership, for everything else it may be time to go back to building a relationship with a repair shop. More
