Arlington Heights Sales Manager(Joe) worked several avenues to get us approved as we are in a credit repair scenario and although wasn't quite in synch with the Internet Sales team that sent us to him, once Joe understood our focus & goals, he worked hard to make them happen.'' Sales Rep(Norma) was extremely nice and accomodating doing lots of extras to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of for entire time we were on the property. Could benefit from knowing product details a little more, but was extremely customer service oriented. Finance Mgr( Raul) was excellent. Very solid communications and understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want and knew the difference when to educate me on something vs pushing something. More

My only disappointment was that my older car was not given more evaluation time and, thus, a better trade in value for me. Had I been better prepared, I probably would have made other arrangements for it. After the fact, I am curious as to why I had to purchase new license plates versus using the ones already on my trade-in vehicle??
