Will recommend Castle to friends The personal attention I received at this dealership from the first time I went in to test drive cars left a strong & positive impression on me. When the floor sales people were busy with other customers the GM David came to my assistance. I was then handed over to salesman Brian. These two people are the reason I went back a month later when I was ready to buy. I did go to different MFR dealerships that didn't offer me anywhere near the same courtesy I received at Castle. This, in large part, made me switch from a brand I thought I wanted to now being a Chevy owner. More

Kudo's to Norma Vargas who took care of our every need and concern throughout the sale. Also, George in financing was nice to work with. Lastly, but not least, Tyler Pollack was very helpful and patient dealing with my many Emails and demands getting up to me deciding to coming into the dealership. He responded quickly, accurately, and honestly. More

Non-pressure approach and easy to work with Steve Hoch is a nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him. He answered every question I had and was extremely easy to work with. Justin was also helpful with explaining the extended maintenance program and as a result, I bought Major Guard.. There was one discrepancy on the actual form that I signed.....it showed 5 years/48,000 miles instead of 5 years/60,000 miles as quoted by Justin. I spoke to Ray the next day who told me that it did show 60,000 miles in the computer. He said that I will receive a contract in the mail and if it does not say 60,000, I should give him a call. More
