Buying a car there is easy peasy, especially if you know what you what and have done some research. It’s like a totally different business (and perhaps it is). The reps “suggest” services I don’t need and tend to be slower that I have experienced at other dealerships. Last time I was there, there was no one doing the car washes. “Bring it back another time.” So, great place to buy a car, terrible place to have it serviced. More

If I could rate negative stars I would. My son went into the dealership last Saturday to inquire about a trade in. I did not go but spoke to Nate Montoya on the phone. I told him specifically NOT to run a the dealership last Saturday to inquire about a trade in. I did not go but spoke to Nate Montoya on the phone. I told him specifically NOT to run a credit check on me until we decided what we were going to do. We checked with 3 dealerships that day and the ONLY one that ran a credit check was Castle. I am very unhappy!!!!! When I called Nate today, he was full of excuses.... blah blah blah... they were busy, he had to run a credit check to get accurate numbers. I specifically stated I didn't want it need accurate numbers yet. He did ask what he could do to rectify the situation. Hmmm, move the calendar back and NOT do what I asked you not to do. Nick Montoya lied about not running my credit.....what else would he lie about? I would not buy a vehicle from Castle Chevy even if they offered the "best looking" deal. More

Instead of being helpful and pleasant,, they act like I should diagnose and fi This service department is the worst department I have every been too! Instead of being helpful and pleasant,, they act like I should diagnose and fix the problem or problems myself, Are new vehicle is under warranty, they get paid from chevy to make these repairs, it make know sense to me why I am treated as a burden, when they are being paid from Chevy for warranty work. Most dealership treat their customers with care and respect.! In the long run it sad to say Castle Chevy will eliminate themselves,with a horrible service department! More
