Unethical Services, Avoid at all Costs Gary Lang had my truck for 2 weeks to make 4 repairs. After getting it back, there was no changes. I called onstar and chevy connection team to verify Gary Lang had my truck for 2 weeks to make 4 repairs. After getting it back, there was no changes. I called onstar and chevy connection team to verify that the updates they charged me for were completed. They both scanned the truck and told me that the work i paid for was not completed. Gary Lang service is unethical and should be avoided at all costs. My truck is unsafe to drive and has yet to be fixed. Maybe once the warranty is up they will be able to fix the problems... More

Shane Ryder has worked with us all along and he has been very personable and helpful every time. He goes that extra mile to make sure he understands our situation and works to get us the best service and price. We also bring our older 1996 Blazer in for servicing and have been very pleased--the service technicians almost literally brought the Blazer back from the dead and have made it possible for us to still drive it when we need a backup vehicle or just want to go old style.
