Shane Ryder has worked with us all along and he has been very personable and helpful every time. He goes that extra mile to make sure he understands our situation and works to get us the best service and price. We also bring our older 1996 Blazer in for servicing and have been very pleased--the service technicians almost literally brought the Blazer back from the dead and have made it possible for us to still drive it when we need a backup vehicle or just want to go old style. More
