Fleet car Everyone from the service desk to the cashier was exceptional. Communication was more than I have had at other dealerships. I believe that the service guy's name was Joe, but I could be wrong. He called me to update me on what was going on with my car and when my car was going to be completed (since GM is on strike). The technicians, also, looked over the car to make sure I didn't need anything else. They replaced all four tires as they needed to be replaced and changed my car's oil. Since this is a company car, I didn't have to pay for anything so, to me, they went above and beyond. Really happy with the service. One thing is that I did ask for a Corvette as a loaner car for the duration of the service. I was denied - for obvious reasons. I'm not mad.. just disappointed. Other than that, great service and customer service! More

Unethical Services, Avoid at all Costs Gary Lang had my truck for 2 weeks to make 4 repairs. After getting it back, there was no changes. I called onstar and chevy connection team to verify Gary Lang had my truck for 2 weeks to make 4 repairs. After getting it back, there was no changes. I called onstar and chevy connection team to verify that the updates they charged me for were completed. They both scanned the truck and told me that the work i paid for was not completed. Gary Lang service is unethical and should be avoided at all costs. My truck is unsafe to drive and has yet to be fixed. Maybe once the warranty is up they will be able to fix the problems... More

Shane Ryder has worked w We purchased our 2006 Trailblazer almost five years ago, and we have brought it in for servicing at Gary Lang several times. Shane Ryder has worked with us all along and he has been very personable and helpful every time. He goes that extra mile to make sure he understands our situation and works to get us the best service and price. We also bring our older 1996 Blazer in for servicing and have been very pleased--the service technicians almost literally brought the Blazer back from the dead and have made it possible for us to still drive it when we need a backup vehicle or just want to go old style. More
