I took a transmission problem that Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin could not or did not want to fix. I explained the service history and problems experienced to Service manager Adam Loresch. I bought a new chevy 2500 H.D.truck from Gary Lang.I like the truck very much,but it was one of those vehicles that just had squeeks and rattles that would come and go.There was nothing major wrong with the truck, but it was driving me crazy.I felt like a fool bringing it in,but I was always made to feel welcome and they where determind to get it fixed.Mike would write it up and Matt would tear into it.They both went together and test drove it.Long story short I don't have any sqeeks or rattles. The whole system works great and I wrote Gary Lang a short note telling him how happy I was.I don't know if he ever received it but his staff deserve a pat on the back.Would I recommend them? Since we had bought the Kia Sorento we have taken it in for Service and have always worked with Chris Scholer who is very knowledgable and friendly and always gives us a straight answer when needed. We had trouble with the passenger airbag; so our dealings with Gary Lang Kia surpassed our expectations when a person has "car troubles".
