I have been using their service department for years and they have never failed to deliver. Warranty work was done quickly and without hassle. I took a transmission problem that Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin could not or did not want to fix. I explained the service history and problems experienced to Service manager Adam Loresch. He had his technician inspect the transmission and ended up putting a new Transmission in under warranty at 100,750 miles. The trans problems started at 91,000 miles with Biggers Mitsubishi. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Gary Lang since 2005--my siter and brother-in-law have been dealing with them for quite a while. I have given the ratings that I did because these people make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and there are no suprise's to ruin my day.I recently called Mike a make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and there are no suprise's to ruin my day.I recently called Mike as my wifes heater would not blow air.It was a very cold day and I know these people had to be busy.I fully expected that we would have to leave the suburban there to be repaired.Mike drove the truck back to the mechanic"s area and in less than 30 minutes it was done and my wife was on her way. I bought a new chevy 2500 H.D.truck from Gary Lang.I like the truck very much,but it was one of those vehicles that just had squeeks and rattles that would come and go.There was nothing major wrong with the truck, but it was driving me crazy.I felt like a fool bringing it in,but I was always made to feel welcome and they where determind to get it fixed.Mike would write it up and Matt would tear into it.They both went together and test drove it.Long story short I don't have any sqeeks or rattles. The whole system works great and I wrote Gary Lang a short note telling him how happy I was.I don't know if he ever received it but his staff deserve a pat on the back.Would I recommend them? Yes you bet and I did send a friend in and he bought a truck from them. More

I consider them my extended family. I spend more time at Gary Lang then most, reason? because of the treatment I receive while I am there. No pressure, no stress, no attitudes, just people who are professionals at what they do and are the best at what they do. Gary has the easiest ownership job in the world with this staff, honestly. Gary--please do not change a thing. Sign them all to long term contracts. We are new to Illinois and needed a car. My husband is a big fan of Kia's so we visited Gary Lang and worked with Jeff Lang to buy a Kia Sorento. Being from Upstate New York we were very impressed with the big fan of Kia's so we visited Gary Lang and worked with Jeff Lang to buy a Kia Sorento. Being from Upstate New York we were very impressed with the way Jeff Lang took care of us. He and Kia made us feel like 'family'. We left Kia with a real good feeling. Since we had bought the Kia Sorento we have taken it in for Service and have always worked with Chris Scholer who is very knowledgable and friendly and always gives us a straight answer when needed. We had trouble with the passenger airbag; so our dealings with Gary Lang Kia surpassed our expectations when a person has "car troubles". We would buy a Kia from them again when we are in the market to do so. More
