Service department sucks. They had my car for 5 days over a GPS issue not working.i paid 32 grand for the car for him to tell me I have to subscribe to uvo to get GPS. Subscribe why? I bought a car w GPS. No a GPS issue not working.i paid 32 grand for the car for him to tell me I have to subscribe to uvo to get GPS. Subscribe why? I bought a car w GPS. No car for the week cause there is a car shortage. I call the dealership whete I bought the car and no subscription needed. You go in settings unsubscribe uvo and the GPS will come back on. They want you to subscribe cause it's 250 a year. Wow one phone call not 5 days of eating my time. Place is a joke More

Terrible maintenance service. Took my car in 2 separate times for a seal leak problem. Had a couple inches of water on my passenger side floor. First time couldn’t fix Just vacuumed and sent me on my way. Second time I came in a week later they had my car for about a week took my seats out. Took apart my passenger door and ran my car through countless car washes. Even though I stated to the guy it’s not supposed to go through car washes because it has a roof rack. A week went by and they gave me my car back and told me they still couldn’t fix or find the problem. Still get water on my floor if I back in my driveway and it rains really heavy. Also when they took apart my door they didn’t put everything back inside correctly because now my door sounds hollow when you close it. Also found sill plugs in my glove box that was never installed either. Would not recommend. Mechanics are not knowledgeable nor does anyone communicate with each other. The first time I took my car in I asked the service guys to fill up my engine coolant because it was low. Gave me my car back and I checked the engine bay and no coolant was even added to the vehicle. I went right back in, showed the service representative and followed him and my car into the mechanic bay so I can physically watch them fill it up. I don’t even want to bring my car back in because of how terrible the service is here and the fact I can’t even trust them to do simple things like fill my coolant up is scary. More

Was charged over 1000 for breaks on my 2016 impala. Only to find out they didn’t use oem parts. They went down the street to Napa auto and got all the parts and charged me the cost of oem breaks. Everytime i go in for the Auto Butler its always disappointing. They are not thorough with it. Still very dirty, Dashboards very dusty, rubber mats was soaking wet. And when I got home, I found out disappointing. They are not thorough with it. Still very dirty, Dashboards very dusty, rubber mats was soaking wet. And when I got home, I found out my number plates were crumpled. Screw caps gone. They don't care at all. I just literally fixed the plates and my effort to.make the vehicle look good is gone!!! Service advisor wasn't that accommodating. Wish he was more pleasant and friendly. This i got after waiting for 2 and a half hours. More

I purchased my truck here in the Fall of 2019 and had a smooth buying process. However, I found the truck having transmission issues early on so I worked directly with the service department this year to a smooth buying process. However, I found the truck having transmission issues early on so I worked directly with the service department this year to address the issue. Because my truck is a CPO and under warranty, Gary Lang was willing to perform the work on my truck at no cost to me, which I would expect. Long story short, the work performed on my truck doesn't seem to have cured the problematic transmission. Despite the transmission being completely rebuilt, it shifts poorly, shudders, and clunks at varying speeds and in various gears. That's complaint number one. Complaint number two is: we are living in a pandemic yet half the staff is wearing masks and half the staff is not. What's up with that? Gary Lang talks about contactless this and contactless that, but half of your employees still walk around without masks. So what does that tell the other customers about how Gary Lang keeps their word? I grew up coming to this dealership where my family has purchased several cars and trucks over the past two decades, but I'm not so sure I'd want to buy a vehicle here again. The lower quality work and moderately poor customer service just don't seem commensurate with the level of success that this dealership seems to have. More
