He was knowledgeable, attentive, and right on top of getting my car fixed to my satisfa Well the Service Rep this time was terrific (Brian Housworth). He was knowledgeable, attentive, and right on top of getting my car fixed to my satisfaction. Earlier in the week, I had my car in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a leak I had in my left rear tire. I was told that they could not find the reason for the lead but if I still noticed it bring it back and my a "second" set of eyes could find the issue with the tire. Well the issue was still there and interestingly enough, the problem was still my left rear tire. So that meant that my tires were not rotated which was one of the reasons I brought my car in. Well Brian indicated to me that it is possible that the seal on the tire which could rust might be an issue and sure enough that was the problem and it appears to be fixed now. More

Air bag My air bag light came on 2 days prior to appointment. But when I got to service dept it was off. Service department couldn't detect a problem and sai My air bag light came on 2 days prior to appointment. But when I got to service dept it was off. Service department couldn't detect a problem and said the steering console would need to be taken apart. Apparently they didn't have time to do so, gave car back to me and said to watch for another sign. I'm worried if get in accident that air bag will not protect us. Wouldn't be safer to have it worked on then possibly getting hurt or killed. Seems they could have offered to service steering wheel for lose wires/connection then sending me home. Keeping my fingers crossed!! Thought about contact GM Cadillac about my concerns More
