Positive experience I had my car towed to Gary Lang because I slid into a curb coming home in a snowstorm, it needed work. I dealt with a Natalie Trimarco, she was very friendly, helpful and did everything in her power to make sure that I was taken care of.she kept me appraised of how the progress was coming along on my vehicle. What I like about Gary Lang is that you can get a loaner car while yours is being serviced just call ahead, I got lucky in that when I got towed there and there were no more loaners, a lady just happened to being picking her car up and so I did get the loaner she had just brought back. They also provide as a courtesy a car wash and I was given a couple of coupons for free oil changes. Karen T. Rogers More
