I asked about bringing my Honda S2000 in for long overdue general maintenance on the vehicle. Natalie Trimarco said they could perform the maintenance. So I scheduled an appointment online. They did a thorough review, oil change, topped off liquids, etc., and I was very pleased with the maintenance and the bill. More

Top rated service I brought my new Chevy Trax in for the sunroof installment just three days after purchase, which was super quick. Nancy Butler took great care of me, I brought my new Chevy Trax in for the sunroof installment just three days after purchase, which was super quick. Nancy Butler took great care of me, informing me when I could pick up my car, giving me a loaner, and reminding me to get everything out of the car. Before leaving, I visited with a few people. I saw my sales guy and brought in the extra key for my trade-in as well as some warranty papers I thought they might need. Turns out, I'm getting money back for those warranties! Then I visited with the accessories manager to thank him again as well as see what kind of deal I could get on protecting the car's exterior and interior. Once squared away, I drive off in a Chevy Equinox, my loaner. That was my sales guy's suggestion to help accommodate my dogs. A very sweet and thoughtful gesture, but this thing was huge! I drive away feeling uneasy. Then about a block away, I realized I had forgotten my house keys. I went back, and charter with Dale who helped me get my keys as well as get a different loaner that I felt more comfortable driving. I was anticipating picking my Trax up on Saturday with the extra work I had added to the work order. Turns out, Nancy was able to put a rush on the vehicle and I was back in my car by Friday evening! What awesome service all-around! More
