Brian directed me to use the Bridgestone Tires on my Traverse, and though I was skeptical on them as I always had Michelin or Good Years, it was a good choice. Could be Better Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have a "lock nut" for my vehicle. They couldn't rotate the tires. This time I told the service person where the lock nut was (wrapped in a napkin). When I picked up the vehicle I had an EXTRA lock nut in with the one I left (still wrapped in a napkin). Evidently the service dept. now has/had an extra. When you wash about vacuuming too? The other dealerships do that as a courtesy. Follow-up lady today said, "thanks for letting us service your Acadia". I'm sorry it IS a Terrain. More
