More than expected In for routine maintenance--oil change, tire rotation, etc.--that was all as normal and perfect as always. Chris, my normal car guy, warned me there weren't any loaners. I did just stop in without an appointment plus he explained they're in the process of switching 2017s with 2018s. Butt he promised someone would drop my car off at work one it was ready. I had never heard of this new service. It may be due to the closeness of my work (the business park directly behind Gary Lang), or this is a new service they are providing. Either way, it was wonderful and Chris called to tell me exactly where they parked the car and left the keys. Definitely well above and beyond my expectations, but at the same time, it's nice to deal with someone who actually does what they say they will do. More
