On the morning of April 9th, my car was making terrible sounds and would not run, that was the worst feeling in the world, I only had 3900 miles on it. I called Kia Roadside Assistence and had it towed to the Gary Lang Dealership. From the time the Service Department opened at 6:30 in the morning they were in constant communication with me, my Service Consultant was Tom Gorr, Tom informed me that the Oil Pump failed causing a Rod Bearing to shear, etc. The result was a Blown Engine. Oh no, my brand new car. Tom told me the only remedy for the problem was a new engine, within two hours Tom informed me he had located a new engine in Los Angeles and already had it ordered. Tom kept in constent contact with me every step of the repair. Within one week's time I had my brand new car back and beter than ever. That is pretty darn impressive! The Gary Lang Team earned my business, but even more they've gained my respect. Thank You. More
