I have never experienced this level of service from a car dealer. When I was shopping, my salesman (Tony Feucht) was informitive and helpful, he knew the product very well and went out of his way to get me t dealer. When I picked up my car the finance department had all my paperwork ready to go and there were no surprises. My car was perfect and both Tony and Mike Conway from the service department made sure that I was aware of all the features my Chevy Cruze had to offer. I had shopped several different dealers for several different makes and models and none of them offered the knowledge, service and selection I received at Gary Lang. In the scope of new car cost my new car would be considered at the lower end of the scale and yet I was treated with all the care one would expect for spending much more. I am impressed with the initial quality and proformance of my Chevy Cruze and have hopes that it will serve me well. But more importantly I have found a dealer and service department that I trust to put my needs first and that is priceless. More
I always specifically ask for J.R. Arnold - even for simple oil changes. He seems to remember me and gives me great service. Sales man Tony Feucht answers all questions thoroughly and then explains features of any vehicle sought out. Take a test drive and a satisfaction that, yes this is a good decision. Put it all together and you’re on your way to a new purchase! Have several purchases over the years and would not even consider another dealership. I purchased a 2011 Kia Soul Sport from Gary Lang that my salesman, Sergio Rivera searched his network to find me the exact model I wanted. My entire experience with the purchase of my Kia was amazing. I regard Sergio as my friend after my experience, he is truly professional while maintaining his caring and politeness. On the morning of April 9th, my car was making terrible sounds and would not run, that was the worst feeling in the world, I only had 3900 miles on it. I called Kia Roadside Assistence and had it towed to the Gary Lang Dealership. From the time the Service Department opened at 6:30 in the morning they were in constant communication with me, my Service Consultant was Tom Gorr, Tom informed me that the Oil Pump failed causing a Rod Bearing to shear, etc. The result was a Blown Engine. Oh no, my brand new car. Tom told me the only remedy for the problem was a new engine, within two hours Tom informed me he had located a new engine in Los Angeles and already had it ordered. Tom kept in constent contact with me every step of the repair. Within one week's time I had my brand new car back and beter than ever. That is pretty darn impressive! The Gary Lang Team earned my business, but even more they've gained my respect. Thank You. More

We have worked with Mark on four new and used vehicles now, and truly feel that Mark goes the extra distance to ensure all of our needs are looked after. He always makes a point to get us the best deal we can receive, and works hard on ensuring that our transactions agreed upon make us feel that he has worked hard to ensure that we are taken care of, all while also ensuring that all of our questions and issues are fully addressed and resolved. He is a super Sales Associate, and we would not want to work with any others when it comes to getting us the most for our money. Mile L. in Service is another reason that we feel Gary Lang is truly our home-town dealer, because even though there are many exceptional service managers, we have dealt with Mike the most. Mike has put forth the extra effort to ensure all our service needs were addressed, and has always kept us informed along the way of our service status, and has truly given 110% to ensure we felt that we were informed, and that our vehicles service needs were always addressed promptly and accurately. This dealer is a high volume dealer. During the entire purchasing process, I didn't feel at all like a valued customer. Something as simple as paying cash for the car took several hours as I was escorted purchasing process, I didn't feel at all like a valued customer. Something as simple as paying cash for the car took several hours as I was escorted from office to office trying to be sold various dealer add-ons (warranties, rust protection, etc.) Moreover, the prized gift that I received in purchasing a $45,000 vehicle was a rubber key chain that was nothing more than an advertisement from them. I have purchased Lexus vehicles in the past for less money and found the entire buying process to be first rate. From the moment you walked in to salesman going over the vehicle, it was top notch and I felt like a valued customer. This dealer was waiting and waiting to be passed to the next office. What a joke. They did offer me to go down the hall to the coffee machine if I wanted. At minimum, they could have had a pitcher of water or coffee for what seemed like an eternity. This dealer, barely went over a few things in the vehicle before sending me on my way. (Probably because he did not know himself!) Since the sale, I have been very pleased with the maintenance department at this dealership and will continue to have the car serviced there. More
