We contacted Tony Feucht by email regarding the purchase of a 2012 Sorento. He was able to provide approximate figures prior to our appointment. Tony took us for a test drive, explained every option in detail, showed us how everything worked, and let both my wife and myself test drive the car. There was no pressure and we were given his total undivided attention at all times. Since we had stated that we were very interested in the AWD due to snow, he purposely found places where there was hard-packed snow and ice so the AWD could be demonstrated, which he did several times. My wife had never used bluetooth car connection. Tony took the time to demonstrate this using her phone. She was very suprised by this option. Thoughout the buying process, we were treated with such professionalism and honesty that Tony made this buying experience a pleasure. I took a transmission problem that Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin could not or did not want to fix. I explained the service history and problems experienced to Service manager Adam Loresch. He had his technician inspect the transmission and ended up putting a new Transmission in under warranty at 100,750 miles. The trans problems started at 91,000 miles with Biggers Mitsubishi.
