I tried to buy a new 2012 Kia optima. In the end the price was higher than the price of a new 2013 Kia Optima. He justified himself by saying that I would never get the price I had been offered/quoted a price was higher than the price of a new 2013 Kia Optima. He justified himself by saying that I would never get the price I had been offered/quoted at the other dealerships(yes more than one quote) and I would end up coming back to buy from him. This is a typical justification line that all dealerships use and at the end of the day all dealerships end up being with-in $50-$100 of one another after beating them up about price. All dealership's talks smack about other dealership's, in my opinion this is awful salesmanship. When I asked if this was the best price he never said yes, he evaded my question, I called him out on this. George and his "manager" Had no interest in negotiating and when I called his bluff on the price he became irate and essentially kicked me out of the dealership. The dealership also low-balled me on my trade in, offered $500 when carmax offered me $1700. Very insulting. After George stormed away in a huff like an upset child the dealership with-held my car keys from me. It took another 5 minutes before I was able to leave because the "manager" and George were playing keep away with my car keys. George was un-interested in selling the car and making an easy sale for himself as we were not far off from my goal price. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, I will not return. More

Ray was incredibly courteous and patient (even with our three kids bouncing around his office.) Even though we were buying a used vehicle, he showed us a few cars, so we still had options. There was absolutely no pressure, and everything he said was very honest and to-the-point. It was a great experience. Everyone we met was very friendly and professional. We were able to trade our car (which was in terrible shape) and still got a great deal. We will definitely come back when we decide to buy another car. More

We contacted Tony Feucht by email regarding the purchase of a 2012 Sorento. He was able to provide approximate figures prior to our appointment. Upon arrving at the dealership, we were treated like family members and all worry about the adverse saleman/purchaser were removed immediately. Tony took us for a test drive, explained every option in detail, showed us how everything worked, and let both my wife and myself test drive the car. There was no pressure and we were given his total undivided attention at all times. Since we had stated that we were very interested in the AWD due to snow, he purposely found places where there was hard-packed snow and ice so the AWD could be demonstrated, which he did several times. My wife had never used bluetooth car connection. Tony took the time to demonstrate this using her phone. She was very suprised by this option. Thoughout the buying process, we were treated with such professionalism and honesty that Tony made this buying experience a pleasure. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A CAR, SEE TONY FUECHT. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN WORKING WITH HIM. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS THE MOST PLEASURABLE CAR BUY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! I took a transmission problem that Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin could not or did not want to fix. I explained the service history and problems experienced to Service manager Adam Loresch. He had his technician inspect the transmission and ended up putting a new Transmission in under warranty at 100,750 miles. The trans problems started at 91,000 miles with Biggers Mitsubishi.
