Knowing that my 14 year old Kia would need to be replaced at some point in the near future, I had been checking vehicles on-line to be prepared. As luck would have it, my search became an emergency. I knew Gary Lang was a Kia dealer so I stopped by and met Steve. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. Unlike other sales people I have dealt with, he only showed me vehicles within my budget and did not try to push me into a higher priced car. Found an Optima that had every option I wanted and then some. All within my budget. Took the car home one night and came back to purchase it the next day. The entire process was quick and painless. I know not everyone will have as good of a car shopping experience that I did here, but this is my honest review. I always dislike salesman, and car salesman are the worst. I may only buy a dozen cars in m experience that I did here, but this is my honest review. I always dislike salesman, and car salesman are the worst. I may only buy a dozen cars in my life, but these guys sell in the hundreds or more. I always feel at a disadvantage, so when I found a car I love from the huge selection they have here I thought I was gonna get screwed. That's when I met Steve Cipriani who took me for a test drive and had a good deal of knowledge about the vehicle. Long story short, Steve and I have a good conversation, while I'm waiting to get financed, and I realize that all these guys are really friendly and cool. Steve, his tough as nails (but fair) sales manager, finance guy, and the other salesman in the next cubicle are all really likable. I drove my certified pre-owned Silverado home in about 3 hours smiling all the way, but my story didn't end there. Later that night I realize that the spare tire and all its underbody kit have been cut off. I spend the next week trying to find a spare with no luck. I finally decide hat in hand to plead my case to Steve, assuming he'd have a 'buyer beware' attitude and rightly so, as I neglected that important detail. Long story short, I got a brand new spare and complete under body assembly (only wanted a tire) at no cost. That's the kind of customer service I didn't expect and will keep me coming back for service and new cars as long as they continue this way of doing business. Special thanks to Jeff service manager(?) guy, he overheard my man Steve (gift of gab) going to bat, trying to get me a spare off an old truck and interceded in an awesome way. I'm writing this review as a special thanks to all you guys, may seem like a small thing, but peace of mind is priceless to me. More

I am a mellow customer and my experience was incredible due to the feeling/vibe that was both professional and low-key. Make no mistake, my needs were met, questions answered, and they were thorough and fr due to the feeling/vibe that was both professional and low-key. Make no mistake, my needs were met, questions answered, and they were thorough and friendly. Kyle Bartels was our salesperson and he never pressured but was supportive. We purchased a used vehicle for our 17 year-old daughter and I paid particular attention to how they treated not just me (dad), but how they interacted with her. I was pleased. Kyle addressed my questions/needs but also made sure to do the same with our daughter. We really didn't plan on purchasing another vehicle, but two days later we bought a 2013 Camaro. This was only after test driving a Sonic for the weekend, which didn't suit our needs, but it was nice to drive it and see if it was right for us. These guys do the little things that make you feel appreciated and they negotiated fairly on both vehicles. In total, I spent over 10 hours at the dealership over 3 days (not my plan), but is was tolerable due to the staff. I highly recommend working with Kyle Bartels and the Gary Lang Auto Group. My passenger side window on my 2013 Chevy Cruze appeared to have shattered for no apparent reason. I had the police come to the house to check it out, and they couldn't definitively rule out vandalism but to have shattered for no apparent reason. I had the police come to the house to check it out, and they couldn't definitively rule out vandalism but were unable to explain why all the glass was on the OUTSIDE of the car, if the window had been smashed from the outside. I called Gary Lang and spoke with Adam. We discussed my having the vehicle towed to their service department that evening. Unfortunately, this was not an option for us. Adam then advised me to take as many photos as I could, remove the shattered glass and bring the car in the next morning and he would plead my case with his superior. I did so just that and as it turns out there was no pleading, photos or police report necessary. Even though what happened is something that "just doesn't happen" Gary Lang Chevrolet stepped up and immediately stated they would replace the window at no charge to me. The glass had to be ordered and probably wouldn't be in until the following Monday. They were going to put plastic on the window for me until the repair could be done. Adam then advised me that he felt that was unsafe and may not protect the car from the elements and found me a loaner. Gary Lang Chevrolet went over and above what they had to do. They are professional, polite, and their customer service is over the top. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from another store other than GARY LANG CHEVROLET and neither will my son. Thank you so much Adam, J.R., and Gary Lang Chevrolet for backing your product and turning a very unfortunate event into a tolerable one. You guys ROCK! More
