Before I went to Gary Lang, I had been to several dealerships looking for a fun car to drive. Each of the other dealerships I went to gave me a very typical car dealer experience. I inquired online about a 2008 Mustang and Pam called me told me the car was still there, and when I arrived it actually was there (I drove 1 1/2 hours). Through the entire process Pam was amazing! Very friendly, Helpful, and not high pressure at all she let me pick the car I wanted and did non give me any typical dealer run around trying to sell me something more expensive, or something I did not want. When I came to pricing It could not have been easier. No back and forth with the manager nickeling and diming to death, I was giving a GREAT price the first time, received very fair money for my trade, and I bought a 2008 Mustang. With financing I was also a Great experience. I have a couple dings on my credit, but the financing managers got me approved with a reasonable interest rate, and made the trip and experience great. My overall experience was amazing, I will be buying all my cars here from now on, and will recommend Pam, and Gary Lang to everyone I talk to that may be looking for a car.
