Renewed Confidence in Gary Lang Gary Lang is the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area - and I'd prefer to take my car there since that is the brand, but service at GL has been so frust Gary Lang is the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area - and I'd prefer to take my car there since that is the brand, but service at GL has been so frustrating. Calling to make an appointment would have my call bouncing back for over 30 mins since no one would answer in service so I'd just hang up and get so frustrated I'd take my car elsewhere. The last basic oil change I went in for had me there for nearly 2 HOURS - so again I'd just take my car elsewhere out of frustration. With the recall I had no choice so I made the call ...and service answered right away & I was able to make the appointment almost immediately! My factory paperwork said the work would take an hour and a half so I made ride arrangements thinking it would take all day (since the oil change takes so long) BUT to my surprise I was called an hour later! The service in-person is always so nice and I love that they always wash my car - it was the turnover time that killed my experience in the past and failure to make an appointment to begin with. After this great experience I will put Gary Lang back at the top of my list for car care. More
