Rude staff- unprofessional Worst experience buying new car- staff very rude. Got same car- (provided all documents needed) from another dealer. Staff is unprofessional. Blame customer instead for problems that the staff should have known or taken care of. I'm happy with my new car (same) from different dealership. I never lied about my income like they claim- I gave them everything they asked for. Ed from finance is sending me rude emails claiming I am at fault. You are a very rude person, leave me alone. I will post my reviews the way I see it. Stop saying I lied- I gave you my bank statements. I never had anything to hide or lie about. You can try and say it was that, but that same day with the same information, I got the same car. So please stop making it about my application, I am not going back and forth, bottom line you were rude, and are making stuff up because you were the ones who couldn't get it done. Just a bunch of sneaky car salesmen. I got approved for the same car, with Kia financial that same day. I lost my father that same week so I'm sure I was very upset with the rude people at dealership, say what you want I will never send anyone or refer anyone to your dealership. Bottom line I'm very happy with Liberty Kia, who took great care of me, and got my car payment down $12.00 for same identical car. Which is ok with me! More

The reason for 4 stars only, was that there were no salespersons available or even around last Friday, July 3, when I wanted to ask some questions. Usually if I am looking around I don't want to be bothered by sales people but this time I was looking for someone, several times, and it was like a ghost town at the dealership in the showroom. More

I'd like to give a 0 star rating if possible I had an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento with Andrew Dignum. Before I could even get in the door, Leo Lewitan came up to myself and my friend I had an appointment to test drive a Kia Sorento with Andrew Dignum. Before I could even get in the door, Leo Lewitan came up to myself and my friend, who I brought along for her opinion. I told him I had an appointment with Andrew as he walked us in the door. Long story short, Andrew told me that Leo would show us the car and take me on the test drive. I was interested in the car but also had questions. I asked Leo 5 or 6 times "do you have any demo cars?" He would dance around my question and start talking about something else. He was rude and disrespectful, interrupting me several times and responding with sarcasm (when he would answer me). I left that dealership extremely aggravated and upset. I will buy a new Kia Sorento - just not from this dealership. There are too many other Kia dealers out there who I can buy my new car from. I don't need to be treated so badly. Now not only am I getting repeated calls (of course) from Gary Lang Auto - they somehow got my friends cellphone number and called her asking "how her experience was at her recent visit to Gary Lang Auto". AND they called her daughter who lives in New York - same message. WHAT??? On a side note - I was shopping at a store two days later and started talking to two women who had similar experiences with Leo. One woman was in there just a day prior to my visit! I think this dealership should be ashamed to have someone working for them who treats people so badly. More
