Mallody helped us with all of the new technology inside the vehicle. Completely Ignored Went into the showroom of the Subaru building intent on buying a new car that was sitting on their lot. Update 8/1/2015 - When we tried to use the Bluetooth a few days later, no success. After a phone call and subsequent servce dept visit, and to everyone's surprise, we found out that even though there was a Bluetooth icon, it had never been installed. Dion got Nicole Schomer involved, and she jumped "right on it". We have an appointment to have Bluetooth installed next week at no charge to us. This is the right thing to do, but I doubt all dealerships would have done this without hesitation, and we never even had to ask. We felt that our satisfaction was the top priority. More
