Telling me my labor rate is one thing, I call you out on it and then you switch the labor and raise the price of the part, that's another problem. Then I find out the problem was never fixed. You say you'll take care of it. You take care of it by not charging me for another diagnostic fee? I'm sorry, but she should've never charge me in the first place for that second diagnostic since you never diagnosed it correctly the first time. It's common sense guys. One plus one does not equal two with you guys for some reason on occasion. Then when I ask you to confirm with me that you're sure your second diagnostic will fix the problem, you tell me you're not sure but are happy to charged me over $1000 to try to figure it out? Who do you think I am? Who do you think you are? You're supposed to be professional and your kind response was far from it. You didn't do anybody a favor. More

Couldn't be more pleased. Didn't know a dealer in the area worked like this.
