Efficient, helpful and caring I brought our 2012 Kia Sedona in for service because we heard a grinding noise when turning left. T.J. got us in on schedule, got us a loaner vehicle for rhe day, and called by 2:30 to let us know that everything was taken care of and we were ready to go. It was a great piece of mind to know that everything was fixed. When we picked it up, the service team was gone for the day, but the cashier was extremely helpful and kind. The voicemail recording in Service is abrasive; 2. Although I understand that Gary Lang Auto is either following instructions from Chevy OR they are trying to provide good customer service, the frequent calls are too much. 3. I have received several calls to bring my car(s) in to address a recall, either the day the car was in to address the recall or within 2 days after. I would suggest that whoever is making the call, take a moment to check the system before the call. Calling after the work is done makes Gary Lang Auto look disorganized. More
