On Black Friday we made the decision to buy a specific Outback off the lot and found the car had been sold 2 minutes earlier (literally). Without hesitation he reached out to several of his contacts (other dealers), received quick response and made arrangements for the car to be delivered from Racine and ready for pick-up the next afternoon. That night he followed up to confirm when the car would be available, then Saturday when it was ready for pick-up. While picking up the car he assured we were familiar with all Gary Lang services, ensured we knew his work hours/ availability, and we left knowing he's always there to support us. Gary Lang must be doing something right to keep Kyle working with them -- Kyle is the real deal. ... before Friday, I'd never met/ heard of Kyle. After being in sales and running national sales teams for 20+ years I'm highly judgmental of every sales and the customer service experience and can only say great things about Kyle! More

terrible customer service by finance I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and knowledge from Derek in finance. I purchased a car and had questions and out of about 10 I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and knowledge from Derek in finance. I purchased a car and had questions and out of about 10 or more emails and voice mails I was only answered after chatting online with a representative and telling them my issues. I definitely felt that after the sale was accomplished on the dealerships end, I wasn't worthy enough to get my questions answered. I am saddened by this experience since this dealership has such great inventory and this was the main issue I had and now wouldn't want to purchase there again. My family member was interested in one of their cars and now is completely hesitant to go there because there isn't any other option but to deal with the same person in finance. More

Joshua Somers was THE most easy going, laid back, friendly and enthusiastic salesman of the many I'd worked with. He and I negotiated a price via email that my husband I were very comfortable with, we made an appointment to meet with him and see the car. Once at the dealership, we decided it was the right car at the right price. So we purchased it right then and there!
