i am very satisfied I am very satisfied. I had an issue with the back up camera. ,y wife called and made an appointment and I took it in. it was 7K away from the Warranty I am very satisfied. Wonderfully unexpected experience! I went in to test drive a couple of smaller SUV's. I have had my last vehicle for just shy of 20 years; needless to say, VERY out of practice and DEF I went in to test drive a couple of smaller SUV's. I have had my last vehicle for just shy of 20 years; needless to say, VERY out of practice and DEFINITELY NOT looking forward to the whole process. One of the reasons I kept my old vehicle so long is because I remember my last car buying experience very tedious and incredibly long. When I walked into Gary Lang, and met Andrew Dignum, I told him my plan. Right away, he found me what I was looking for and I was test driving vehicles within 10 minutes. Upon completion of my test drives, i was so pleased with his sales demeanor as well as how down to earth he was, I decided to buy a vehicle right then and there from him. He talked me step by step through the process, and was with me every step of the way. This was truly a favorable experience in my opinion and I plan to send everyone I know to Andrew Dignum in the future! Andrew definitely made my car buying experience a wonderful one!!!! More
