Could be Better Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have Right after I bought my Terrain I had it in for some work and a tire rotation was supposed to be done. I was called at home and told they didn't have a "lock nut" for my vehicle. They couldn't rotate the tires. This time I told the service person where the lock nut was (wrapped in a napkin). When I picked up the vehicle I had an EXTRA lock nut in with the one I left (still wrapped in a napkin). Evidently the service dept. now has/had an extra. When you wash about vacuuming too? The other dealerships do that as a courtesy. Follow-up lady today said, "thanks for letting us service your Acadia". I'm sorry it IS a Terrain. More

Luis I recently went into Gary Lang Auto Group to test drive a Kia Optima SX Turbo 2015 model and the person who met me at the door was Luis Serrano. Luis was very friendly and personable greeting me with a smile and a hand shake. After test driving the car with Luis we went back into his office and starting talking numbers. He wanted to make sure that I was never feeling pressured or anything. He was very consciousness of my time and my concerns. I told him what I wanted the car for and where I needed to be for my payments and he took my demands to his boss. I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger and told Luis I needed some time to think about it. He said no problem no pressure the car will be ready for you when you make your decision. I went back the next day and made the deal at the price I needed to be at. Luis Serrano is the guy you want if you go to Gary Lang Auto Group Kia. More
