Slow start...but great experience My husband and I were looking for a new 2016 Kia Soul for him. We already knew that we wanted one, as we already owned one for me. We had contacted the dealership via internet chat and had asked for an out the door price. We explained that we were two hours away and would be willing to drive there if we could receive the OTD first. We waited about an hour and never received a phone call. So we decided to head down there any way, because we knew they would be closing in 3 hours. Before we left I had called the dealership and had asked for the status on our request. The woman we spoke to said she would leave a message for Luis and that he was currently working with another customer but should receive a response within the next 30 minutes. We didn't receive a response in 30 minutes, but did finally receive a phone call from Luis when we were only about 30 minutes away from the dealership. When Luis called he was very friendly and apologized for the delay. He said he knew we were on our way, which at the time of the request was not accurate, but we went with it and he said that he would have the car we were looking at and the out the door price when we arrived. When we arrived on site Luis found us almost immediately and had the car out as promised. Luis was friendly from the very beginning and provided us with lots of information. He even gave us time to look around the lot before allowing us to take the car out for a test drive on our own, which we appreciated. When it came time to actually looking at the price for the car and our trade in Luis was very honest and helpful. Although, we did find that the sale price for the car we were looking at was confusing because Gary Lang doubles any incentive that is being offered. We did think that this needed to be explained more clearly on their website as it was a little deceiving. However, we still proceeded with Luis and he worked very hard for us. After a few times of going back and forth we finally reached an agreement for the price of the car and the trade in of our old car. Luis stayed with us during the entire process, even though it was well past closing time. He made sure that we had received the best deal possible and made sure that we were also comfortable while waiting to fill out the rest of the paperwork. Before Luis left we were able to take a picture with him and the 3 Kia Soul hamsters. Overall, my husband and I left with a great deal and a car we absolutely love. Thanks Luis. More

Brian directed me to use the Bridgestone Tires on my Traverse, and though I was skeptical on them as I always had Michelin or Good Years, it was a good choice. So here we go: About 3 years ago I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from a new salesman, Chris Ims. This time around my wife and I decided we wanted to lease our vehicles since we’re always wanting the next best thing. I knew right away that we would be getting our next vehicles from Gary Lang. She wanted a Subaru, I wanted a Chevy. Perfect! I was bummed when we got there and learned that Chris had moved over to the financing team and now wouldn’t be able to help us with the first part of the process. But then we met Kamil. Kamil was new to the sales team and was eager to step in and take over for Chris. We did test drives, negotiations, renegotiations… typical car buying stuff before deciding on the vehicles we wanted. A new Subaru Forester for her and a Chevy Colorado for me. Being that Kamil was new to the company, he didn’t have all the answers right away and in some cases, I knew more than he did ;) I should point out that I was buying a Chevy from the imports side because we were also buying a Subaru and only wanted to deal with one salesman. With that being said, he was very straightforward with us and handled every conversation and negotiation with tact. Because of us purchasing vehicles from two different car makers, Kamil ran back and forth from building to building probably 15 times during the whole process. Lots of steps on his FitBit! Now, as I mentioned previously, we decided to lease these vehicles. There is a lot of confusing information out there about leasing. It is at this point that Ryan Miller stepped in to help explain things a little better. Not just better, but in a way that I could understand which made me feel comfortable moving forward with the deals. Financing was a breeze, thanks to our old friend, Chris Ims, who was very patient with us and our very tired baby running around his office. I know there are dealerships out there with some pretty bad reviews, even this one has some. To me it just comes down to having realistic expectations and trust. Maybe you don't get that everywhere but I feel like you do here. See you guys again in 3 years! More

3 great sales I first met Luis Serrano in January when my parents were buying 2 new Subaru imprezas the procedure of car buying was smooth and quick. 3 months later I first met Luis Serrano in January when my parents were buying 2 new Subaru imprezas the procedure of car buying was smooth and quick. 3 months later i was having a severe engine problem with my old car. there was initially a ford escape that i wanted to consider but was unable to be transferred Gary lang. me not knowing that used cars can't be transferred. just 2 days later a beautiful 2002 dodge Dakota. on their lot at a list price of $5990 sparked my interest. a few days later i put down a security deposit after a succesful test drive. after several days of thinking and consideration and with my old cars engine condition worsening. i made the decision to buy a 3rd vehicle from Luis. the list was $5990 i got it down to $4750. after tax title licence and doc fee. it was $5480 a total of 21% off the vehicles sticker price. my parents % off sticker price was very close to equal. happily driving off the lot in what i could consider a dream truck. having the trailer hitch and the rear seat that i wanted in a truck. today is actually 90 days today that i owned the truck. I've put about 2000 miles on it and has only needed basic maintenance and repairs. I'm hoping to keep it going for 10 years. which i am very confident it will make. there is no other sales person i would reccommend than Luis Serrano. More
