Disappointed I brought my 13 kia in a few times told them the problem wanted to charge me over a 150 dollars for a diagnostic check up which the car is a certified I brought my 13 kia in a few times told them the problem wanted to charge me over a 150 dollars for a diagnostic check up which the car is a certified kia under warranty showed them pictures of the car overheating an told me they are made to run that hot..lol..Brought car another dealer had them tell me the same thing I was telling gary lang with in twenty minutes they told me what was wrong an had to get me a loaner an the next afternoon my car was like new again an thru a free oil change an wash ..Thats Service !!!! All I can say is be careful with this place not the first time my family has done business there but might be the LAST!!!! More

Release a new Kia My wife's 3 year lease was coming due. We needed to find a replacement vehicle. Having gotten our last car at Gary Lang, we went back to see what they had to offer. Sales manger Cody put me into the hands of Ed Chambers who did a great job of understanding our needs and working with Cody to get us a great deal on our new lease. Ed kept us updated throughout the process and stayed with us until we drove off in our new Kia. Jeff Winters did a great job of taking us thru the paperwork with clear instructions and explanations of each document. His organization and professionalism is obvious. Lastly, Joe Quinn did a fabulous job of explaining the new features in our car. He made sure our phones were synced with the cars systems, made sure all our belongings were transferred to the new vehicle, and gave us his contact info for any future questions or concerns.
