Disappointed in my experience I am seriously shopping for a car. I decided on a Subaru Forester. Gary Lang is the closest dealership to my home, so after checking out reviews, I he I am seriously shopping for a car. I decided on a Subaru Forester. Gary Lang is the closest dealership to my home, so after checking out reviews, I headed on over. I had an initial salesperson my first fact gathering mission. I went back a few days later and my salesperson was busy, so he handed me off to another salesperson. I did a few test drives and decided exactly what I wanted. I returned the third time to make a deal. I had an appointment, but when I arrived, that salesperson was not there, I told my now third salesperson I was there to make a deal and purchase a car. I explained I had an hour and a half, which is always my timeframe at a dealership. My third salesperson kept helping other customers during my time. He was very apologetic, but he did leave us to help other customers twice. At the end of an hour and a half, five minutes after I had to leave for another appointment, he came back with a written offer. The price I was paying for the car was not even written on the offer sheet. All there was was a generic range of numbers to lease and another one beside it with a range of numbers for payments to buy. No trade in quote, no bottom line number nothing. I feel like this dealership took an hour and a half of my valuable Saturday to do nothing but yank me around. They acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a cryptic range of numbers and no actual out the door price. BTW, when I asked for specifics it turns out I was paying full sticker on a trim line that is loaded with padding. You may think the dealership was swamped, being Saturday morning and all. However it was actually nearly empty due to the massive rainstorms. In fact, half of the salesmen were in the breakroom eating pizza, and the rest were wandering around the dealership or standing under the eaves smoking. I don't know why we received such lackluster service; but I do know that there was nobody at that dealership that wanted me to drive home in a new Subaru that day, More

Awesome Experience This is the second Kia Soul we purchased from Gary Lang in the last 3 years. The dealership has a large inventory and what they don’t have they can get. We have always used the service department for our 2016 Soul for general maintenance (never had major issues) and found them to be very professional. We have been working with our salesperson Brandon Waller for a year on the purchase of a new vehicle and the time was right to upgrade to the 2020 model this September. Brandon was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. In fact he’s knowledgeable not just about the Kia line but the Subaru and Mitsubishi lines as well. He took a lot of time with me explaining every single detail about the car and made sure I had a good understanding of what needed to be known before pulling off the lot. He returned my call promptly when I had additional questions about Apple CarPlay. I would highly recommend Gary Lang and Brandon Waller to others. By the way the neighbors love my Neptune Blue color choice and so do we! More
