Our experience at Castle Chevrolet was outstanding from the beginning to the end. They stayed all the way to midnight in order to get us our car that day. We did not even plan on buying a car. Okay, well first of all we live more than a hundred miles each way to the dealership. We've been shopping around for two vehicles one for each of our sons for about a week and a half now. I noticed that their dealership ( McHenry GMC ) had two vehicles that we were interested in available and they had them on sale so, I contacted them and I was put in touch with a gentleman by the name of Tony. From the start to finish Tony was very very helpful very professional and just took charge of all the things I wanted to know as soon as he could. We finalized a deal over the phone. We came in and took a look at the vehicles, everything was perfect just as Tony promised. I will definitely recommend this dealership ( McHenry GMC ) to friends and relatives in the future. The whole team there was outstanding, treated us very well and the dealership itself was very impressive as well. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are.
