This dealer scheduled an appointment (one hour from call and contact with them for two days) to test drive and purchase a specific vehicle. This dealership is a hour drive away for me. Just my free oil change. Service was great. Car purchase in May was good. Nothing in the traverse was explained to me Financing was the worst. Super pushy for selling add Service was great. If there was a way to leave ZERO stars I would. Bought my vehicle from Gary Lange at the time which is now Castle. Poor communication, I left multiple voicemails for a call back with questions and concerns and NEVER had a return call. EXTREMELY poor customer service. They had my Chevy for 3 days, was never officered a courtesy vehicle and I have two small children. I spoke with Dino who was very rude and treated me like I was a dumb woman. They claim they are unable to order the part to fix my vehicle. We called around to other dealerships and they are able to get the part and fix my vehicle. we will no longer be returning for buying new vehicles or services. & will not refer friends or family here. More

This week was the second time I’ve had service for my brand new car I bought from them and if I could Leave no stars I would. Very poor communication, dropped car off and didn’t hear back for 3 days, bc brand new car I bought from them and if I could Leave no stars I would. Was not provided a courtesy car or any type of information when I picked the car up. I may have bought my car there, but will no longer be using them for any services in the future. More

I wish there was a zero-star rating. I asked for a quote to repair the rear power hatch for my 2013 GMC Terrain SLT. The door would open, bounce up and down a few times, and then close. I asked for a quote to repair the rear power hatch for my 2013 GMC Terrain SLT. The door would open, bounce up and down a few times, and then close. I was quoted $1,800.00 for the repair. When searching YouTube, I found that this repair was very very simple to install and parts were $17.00 at AutoZone. I previously had my battery replaced at a cost of $800.00 because the cables were corroded and previous to that, I was told my Lower Front Bushings needed to be replaced, confirmed by Firestone Complete Auto Care, and paid $2,400.00 at Castle. Calling today to confirm the quote from Firestone, they charge $700.00 for the job, including alignment. I have never felt so ripped off in my life and hope this review is read by all. I have nothing good to say about Castle Chevrolet Buick GMC McHenry and I will not visit them again, nor purchase a GMC in the future if this is the type of business they use to represent their product. Extremely knowledgeable with the manufacturer's process for "in transit" vehicles ... and had another truck that just came in that was also on my radar. Yup, I purchased it, they provided a fair price for for "in transit" vehicles ... and had another truck that just came in that was also on my radar.
