LT was extremely helpful during a desperate situation. The dome light in my vehicle would not go off due to a door lock problem, which would have resulted in my car being towed. It was already 4pm, my battery died,then we just jumped it. I called a few dealships and decided, to be safe- for work the next day - it would need to be replaced. Their price beat another place only 2 miles away and since Castle (mails out to customers) such great coupons I had an additional $20 off. Service manager, Felix, even offered to wash my car before I left. Nice work Castle guys. More

Made an appointment and drove all that way just for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment, it still took 90 minutes to do two simple things I could have done in my own garage in 30 min oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment, it still took 90 minutes to do two simple things I could have done in my own garage in 30 minutes. They didn't even check the tire pressure on the tires they rotated. I don't plan on wasting my time at this dealership again. More
I was really surprise @ the customer service I received on my visit @ Castle. Everyone was so friendly & caring. The guys listen and explained themselves so well. They all were so professional. Went for an oil change at 11.oo am. We had to wait for over two (2) hours for the job to be finished. This is not acceptable. Would not recommend this dealership for any future oil changes. Had a GMC coupon for $50 to be used for any service or repair work. Used the coupon and still had to pay out of pocket. The detailed invoice did not explain what all the individual charges were for. Swung by for the recommended 5,000 mileage, no appointment for the service, and I was still in & out with-in 75 mins.
