Hi Richv70, It is an industry standard, a factory protocol and a best practice to have your alignment adjusted and your brake/suspension system inspected when putting new tires on a car. Our service advisers only recommend services that they believe are necessary or in your best interest to have fixed or adjusted. When it comes to your tires, we believe it is better to be safe than sorry. If you feel our staff did anything wrong, please call our service manager at (708) 443-4018 and we will work to make the situation right.
