Great service department I always take my Buick lacrosse to Castle Buick for service.Even though I didn't purchase my car from there there service department always treat me a I always take my Buick lacrosse to Castle Buick for service.Even though I didn't purchase my car from there there service department always treat me as i did.The guys there always update me on my warranty, and I especially love there lift home if my car will be kept more than a few hours and pick up from home. I plan in the future to purchase my next lacrosse from Castle Buick More

Dreadful manners of service dept I made my 6th trip to this dealership for a routine issue with the tires on my car on a recent weekday. Ugh. Ugh. As before, the customer service w I made my 6th trip to this dealership for a routine issue with the tires on my car on a recent weekday. Ugh. Ugh. As before, the customer service was rude, boorish and reluctant. There is no other way to describe it. No one acknowledged me or even looked up when I came through the door, though I counted 7 employees in the immediate room and many others in the sales room, garage and parking lot beyond. After standing there for about 10-15 minutes, I approached a staff member who was staring at his computer screen in the service cubicle (one of several who were doing this). Unbelievably, this particular staff member did not even look up but referred me to "the young lady" at the desk in the corner, who was on the phone and stayed on the phone for another 15 min. (Ugh again -- this "young lady" was no younger than the male staff member himself, and as a woman, I found the term derogatory, especially coming from a man with a rude look on his face and no manners at all.) After the "young lady" finally hung up, I asked about the limited service I had come for, and also asked if I could get my car washed. She hemmed and hawed and told me the car wash would take a long time and actually seemed to be trying to talk me out of it. I insisted, and finally got what I asked for, but it was the usual nasty encounter at the Castle Buick Service Dept. It is just astonishing. I simply do NOT understand why they hire people without customer service training or any manners at all, plant them at the entrances to the facility, allow them to ignore and treat customers so very rudely and exercise no oversight over the customer experience in general. And they always seem extremely reluctant to provide the services that were promised when they leased the vehicle to me. If Castle even assigned someone to greet service customers at the door and organize them, it would help a lot. Ugh. Ugh. Can't wait for my Buick lease to expire. It's a good car but why would I subject myself to this? More

After not having my car for an entire day. Someone from the dealer came to pick me up to get my car. They couldn't find my car for a while. After getting my car I was about to pull out of the hub and thought to my self and said it to the sales person just let me check it out. the remote DID NOT start my can. so I had to wait over an hour for them to complete or even start the job.
