We lease our cars every three years and sometimes we don't look forward to the expereince. But I have to say that castle Buick in North Riverside met all our needs I can't say enough about the expereinc don't look forward to the expereince. I purchased a new 2011 GMC Terrain FWD from Castle Buick & GMC at North Riverside, Illinois from Louis Mathews who is my salesman. He made this buying experiance so easy to do given the fact I called 17 dealership before I bought the truck. After calling 17 dealers I ended up buying it from Lou since he knew how to be upfront and honest to the customer with no running around. I called him in the beginning and asked one thing which is be honest and he did just what I asked so I'm very happy with my first purchase and he did not take advanatage of me being that I'm a female. I bought a used Mazda 5 from them about a month ago. I felt I was getting a good car at a reasonable price. When I test drove it there was some shaking in the steering and there was a bit of a mess in th felt I was getting a good car at a reasonable price. When I test drove it there was some shaking in the steering and there was a bit of a mess in the back storage compartment. They said that they would resolve this. I also asked if the recall had been taken care of on the vehicle and they stated that it had. When they gave me the car to take home the mess was not cleaned up, they said that they couldn't get it clean, and they said that the steering issue was resolved. On my hour drive home I realized that the steering was still shaking. I figured that I could take care of the mess. Over the next few days I saw that the engine was leaking oil and since the steering was still an issue I thought it would be best to take it back to Castle to take a look at the steering again and have the oil issue checked out. After I made the hour drive to the dealer I explained to the service department my issues and even the mess in the storage console in the back. They said that they would take care of everything and I would be all set. After I waited for over six hours I got my car back with them telling me that it was done. They said that they replaced a cover for an oil filter and re balances the tires and I should be good. On my hour drive home the car was still shaking, the mess was not cleaned and over the next couple of days the cardboard box I put under the car had a fresh pool of oil. I took the car to a Mazda Dealer and they told me what was wrong with my car. The cover of the oil filter had a crack in it, my front rims were bent so I needed new front wheels, the transmission fluid was filthy and the ignition system needed to be cleaned. I had the oil filter cover taken care of at Mazda and they did a great job but everything else I had done at Sears and they did a great job. Mazda also informed me that the recall was not taken care of for this vehicle so I had them take care of that also. I called Castle and explained to them that they did nothing and their response was what do I want them to do about it. I had no answer because I wasn't going to take it to the service department again because my confidence in their honor was shot and it was obvious that they did not care about the time and money I was going to have to put into the car. So after I spent over $1400 to get the car to a level that I felt comfortable letting my wife drive the car is wonderful. I think it would probably have cost the dealer less than $800 to fix the issues and they could have charged a couple of thousand more for the car and shown that they take pride in their dealership and the way they take care of their customers. I do not recommend them and I would have the car inspected by another dealer before I bought from them. Thank you. More

I had been looking for a specific car for approximately 6 months. I am very picky. I had been through the ringer with three other dealerships that all ended with me extremely unsatisfied and very angry for t months. I am very picky. Castle Buick was not only truthful over the phone, but when I went into the dealership it was soo painless and easy I was honestly amazed. What a breath of fresh air!!!! I would strongly recommend this dealership and Maricruz (my fantastic salesperson, very knowledgeable and extremely personable) to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. I got the exact car that I had been searching for and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and a half. As an added bonus- this dealership gives you free oil changes for the entire time you have the vehicle purchased from them. I can not express how happy I am that I found this dealership, I will ONLY buy my cars from here in the future, thanks again Castle Buick, keep up the great work!!! More

I went it to Pontian Buick on January 29th to purchase a Used 2010 Pontiac G6. This is my first time going to a dealership. I was prepared. I called and told the dealership I was coming to look at the Ponti Used 2010 Pontiac G6. This is my first time going to a dealership. I was prepared. I called and told the dealership I was coming to look at the Pontiac. I arrived at the Pontiac could not be found. Then, once they found the vehicle, they could not locate the keys. Finally, the car was brought out front and I went on a test drive. Everything seemed perfect. Until, we went inside. He took my credit information dissapeared for a very very long time. When he returned he told me that he got me approved. $280 dollars a month for 6 years (please keep in mind this was a $10,000 and I had 3,000 to put down) and the interest rate would be TWENTY TWO PERCENT. I could not believe it. Then, the salesperson had the nerve to try and convince me that it was a good deal. For all you non-math majors, I would be paying around 20,000 for the car. Anyways, I left very upset and drained. NOW I find out that JERK SALESMAN pulled my credit FIVE TIMES! Excuse me, but if I did not qualify the first time, as a decent human being, you should have informed me of that and ask, "would you like us to keep trying." I think this is extremely poor business and I will make sure and inform several different websites. Do not waste your time in coming here. Sneaky and DisHonest By the way, I went to Ford. I bought a brand new Ford Fiesta at 8.9% for first time buyer. More
