My wife and I did a ton of research online and found exactly the car that would best suit her. After looking at newspaper ads, checking Carmax, and going on autotrader.com, we found just the car we wer exactly the car that would best suit her. In fact, they had multiple models with different features, at the best prices we could find for used cars. We walked into the dealership, and were immediately greated with smiles, and Lou Pavone took care of us. We told him what we wanted to see, and he showed us the Saturn Vue we had seen online, and let us take a test drive. We loved the car, and he was able to inform us about every feature the car had, and compare it to comperable cars. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. He made the buying experience truly enjoyable...something we were not expecting from visitng a car dealership. He made sure we were comfortable and happy for our entire stay. All of the staff there seemed friendly, but if you have a chance, seriously, work with Lou. Lou and Corey attended to our every need while we were in the showroom, and answered any and every question we had. Marie, the lady we worked with in finance, really worked hard to get us the best deal and at a rate we felt comfortable with. She was also incredibly friendly and very pleasant to work with. While we were signing for the car, the porters were hard at work filling the gas tank, and cleaning the car to a pristine shine. We had to wait a few minutes for them to finish up, which was no big deal at all, and Lou took use to meet the service advisor LT...yes, the salesman introduced us to the guys that would be servicing our car whenever we would need it, and I found this incredibly refreshing. LT was an awesome guy, he explained the services that they would provide to us as part of the sale of our car (free oil changes for life, with car washes, and the bumper to bumper warranty that we have). He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure meeting him. All in all, the staff at Castle Buick GMC really went the extra mile to make sure our buying experience was wonderful. They were all polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low pressure buying experience, in which, you wont leave with a bitter taste in your mouth, rather, you will walk away happy. More

Che was very attentive... we brought our son and new infant to the dealership and it was a bit cold and windy, Che brought the model we wanted to look at inside the garage just so we did not have to go out in the cold. This very small gesture spoke volumes of the customer service attitude at Castle. Che was very knowledgeable of the model we looked at. The entire process and team from Sales to Financing was excellent! We took our new vehicle home that same night. The car was washed and cleaned before we left... and to our surprise the tank was FULL!!! This was amazing. A dealership that makes sure your first tank of gas is on them??!! How often does this happen?! We've purchased 9 vehicles in our lifetime and this by far was the best experience we've ever had! If your looking for a dealership and salesman to work with Castle and Che are a great combination! We highly recommend both of them. Happy Car Hunting More
