I bought a used car from this dealer at the end of April and was told that all i had to do was get an inspection done and mail the paper back, then I would receive my plates in the mail. My temp plate has n and was told that all i had to do was get an inspection done and mail the paper back, then I would receive my plates in the mail. My temp plate has now been expired for 2 weeks and I still do not have my hard plates. I have been back to the dealership 4 times now and nobody can do anything for me. They claim that it is the bmv or the finance company that is in the wrong. But, I have gone to the bmv and they do not have any information from them about my title or plates. So then I contacted the finance company to see if the dealer had even sent them the title and they said that they have nothing. So I do not recommend this dealership as they have taken my money and given me a car that I was only able to drive for 30 days and now its just sitting because I have no plates. They claimed to have sent the title to the finance company, but that was a lie. They even refused to give me another temp plate while I try to figure this out. The only person that was actually helpful was Gabriel Badding, he answered any and all questions that I had. It was with finance where I started having issues. If they want to keep this up they can give me my $15k back and come pick up this big paper weight. More
I was car shopping and found a vehicle at this dealership. I was contacted by customer care, received out the door quote, based on the quote given, found financing. I was told by him he couldn’t give me a loaner because I didn’t purchase my vehicle there. So I took it back to where I got it from, they kept calling him so they can see what is to this invoice and what need to be repaired.no respond from him at all. I am very upset and unsatisfied with castle Buick advisor what was done to me. So you tell me if my motor when out and I come there and pay for repair you can’t give me a loaner until you finish the work because I didn’t purchase my vehicle from there. Bad business More
I have nothing but bad things to say about this dealership, many more than I care to admit here. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and told the service rep there was a crack and holes dealership, many more than I care to admit here. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and told the service rep there was a crack and holes in the container for the windshield washer fluid, which in turn caused erosion to the top of my battery from splashing up. Since I do not take my car anywhere else for service, the damage had to have happened at this dealership. After 2 hours of waiting, the service rep, A.J. came out and said they did not have part in stock, told me the cost, and stated he did not have authority to approve the repair at no charge. I told him it wasn't my fault and they were responsible. He stated he would have manager call me. That was on March 17th and I have yet to hear from anyone at the Castle Buick facility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would not recommend their facility to anyone. I have also completed their survey, and stated the same issue. More

I believe myself to be a well informed pain in the dealership butt of a customer. In my 30 years of car shopping I have to say besides having to wait for paperwork to be completed which was a bit long dealership butt of a customer. Tyler was my initial contact from internet sales answered all my questions accurately. I went in and he partnered me up with Maricruz my sales person who showed me the vehicle a 2002 GMC Envoy and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tom and Joe are the sales managers which I had talked and dealt with both also very customer satisfaction oriented. I had a few mechanical questions and they gladly had a service advisor and tech explain everything and show me how to do basic things on the vehicle. AJ was an additional service advisor who assisted in informing me to a concern I asked them to look into. Tony was my fiance or deal closer. He wasn't pushy about any add ins and helped me select a reasonable priced extended warranty I was interested in. He explained to me about the coverage and how it worked answered all my questions. He wasn't sure about something and nicely explained that he would get back to me with the answer which he did the following day. This is the first time I have a positive experience at any dealership big or little without any false or misleading sales gimmicks. I'm actually looking forward to going back in 5 or 6 years when I most likely will be looking for my next vehicle. Great buying experience just a little bit more waiting around to finalize the paperwork unfortunately but it's just like waiting in line at the store and the other customers had more questions in front of me is why I experienced the delay which is out of the dealership control. Highly recommend to give them a chance best service I ever received buying a used car. Hopefully you can have just as pleasant experience.
