After putting in an order for a Ram and having to cancel it due to it not coming in on time I searched the web for something even better then what I ordered and sure enough my eyes landed on a brand new GMC it due to it not coming in on time I searched the web for something even better then what I ordered and sure enough my eyes landed on a brand new GMC AT4HD as soon as I got to the dealer I was greeted by Nubia she let me take it for a test drive and as soon as I pulled off the lot I knew I had to take it home. Buying a truck with such a high price tag I wanted to make sure it was everything I wanted but not only did the truck have everything I wanted the SERVICE I received from Nubia she made us feel like family she wasn’t pushy or rude she sold me the truck and even after she sold it she has followed up with minor questions I’ve had both phone calls and via text. If you decide to visit castle I would highly recommend asking for Nubia you will not be disappointed. I am very happy with my experience More
After confirming test drive of 2016 Jeep Wrangler before driving 2+ hours to this dealership I was 30 minutes into trip when I received a heads up email that Jeep was in the service center, but should still driving 2+ hours to this dealership I was 30 minutes into trip when I received a heads up email that Jeep was in the service center, but should still be ready at the scheduled time. Not wanting to leave anything to chance I called immediately to find out why the Jeep was in the service and requested confirmation that it would be ready. The internet rep said she would check status with the service manager and call me back. About 5 minutes later she called me back to tell me Jeep was only in for routine service check and would be ready. Upon arrival at the dealership it took several minutes for anyone to even greet me, then the person who did said they would go look for the repo had spoken with. About 10 minutes later this same guy came back and said he would be working with me even though he did not know me nor even which vehicle I was scheduled to test drive. After I told him which vehicle he returned about 5 minutes later to inform the Jeep is still in the shop and the repairs are not done and the mechanic had left for the day.. Turns out they had discovered a leak which resulted in lots of water damage under drivers side floor mats/carpet. So there could be no test drive. I was allowed to at least view the Jeep up on hoist in service bay. Needless to say it was very unprofessional, frustrating and a waste of 5 hours drive time plus $100 gas. Dealership made no offers to remedy their error or offering to cover my gas. More

I am not sure where to begin! we bought the truck and less than 12 hours later the check engine light comes on. i try calling the dealer and after several calls I was finally told no one by the name of t less than 12 hours later the check engine light comes on. i try calling the dealer and after several calls I was finally told no one by the name of the sales managers Chris and Virgil work there and that our salesman Tito doesn’t work there. When i was first shopping for the truck the managers took my call immediately. I left a review and wouldn’t you know I was called back immediately from Tito begging me to take the review down. They come for the truck and tell us it was a sensor. but who knows what they’re really hiding. it’s been just 14 days since buying the truck and we find out they withheld a bad car accident the truck had including airbag deployment. tito assured us the truck was never in an accident and they serviced it for everything. well they also played around and never got us a carfax which we should’ve kept asking for over and over but we did a couple of times and we never got one and we were assured the truck was clear free and clear of anything. now no one will return calls or emails, spoke with the finance manager he was so rude and arrogant said he didn’t know what i wanted. said he would have the GM call me. never happened. the finance manager also said he was moving a few things around on the loan so we could get a better rate and putting a warranty on it but not to worry bc it was no charge. LIAR! it was 4 thousand dollar charge! this place is disgusting and full of liars! . we have contacted our lawyers and are taking this to the attorney general car fraud. all we want is our down payment back and to cancel this deal! they’re ignoring us. i would never buy a vehicle from here. stay away. they sell you junk and willingly hide information on used cars. I won’t stop with posting everywhere i can about this dealership and contacting everyone i can until they rectify this. CANCEL THE DEAL CASTLE & give us our down payment back and all this will go away!! More
Ecstatic! Came to this dealership after looking online for the last couple of weeks, the internet sales rep June had reached out to me all week, patiently, and shared with me some ideas regarding vehicles for the last couple of weeks, the internet sales rep June had reached out to me all week, patiently, and shared with me some ideas regarding vehicles. She followed up with me, no pressure, and when I was ready set an appointment. I went in today and she put me with Ernie, who was an absolute pleasure. Unlike a dealer I worked with 2x before in the past 15 years and walked out of last week because they could not put together the deal I wanted, I left with the deal I wanted today. No hard sell. Without 25 credit inquiries and a lot of extra padding and double talk. I felt good about my purchase, and best of all--I walked in at 2:30ish and was done by 4:30. No pressure, no big markup, no long drawn out tapdance and story. Straightforward, respectful, and honest. I would absolutely recommend Castle to anyone who asks in the future!! More

After I left this review and the same one on other sites, I got a call from the General Manager at Castle. We had a very nice conversation in which I felt like I was finally speaking to a colleague in the business. He completely understood my point of view and agreed that in this case, there was enough fault on the service department to justify my request for the refund of my $100 extended warranty deductible. He also offered to refund me money to cover the cost of the relays that I bought myself to actually fix the concern. I told him that was not necessary since the relays would not have been covered by my extended warranty and I would have had to pay for them anyway. However, just today I received the check from Castle for the deductible and the cost of the relays. At this point, its not even about the money being returned, its about the fact that I actually was able to speak to a person who actually cares about his business. Its still upsetting that I had to go this far in order to reach someone who actually is in the business of caring about client satisfaction, but at least I got there. I appreciate the time he spent to handle this matter for me. I am changing my original rating, and not because I got my money back, but because I found that there is someone at Castle who actually cares. Thanks Corey. More
I purchased a 2021 Enclave and had the best experience I have ever had. The Sales Consultants were courteous, knowledgeable, caring and willing to go "above and beyond" to help me. Nubia made sure all my questions were answered, anything she was not sure of she asked for help. I was given all discounts I qualified for and they even tried to secure a Veterans Discount for me. The facility is immaculate and other employees who helped Joe Jenna Jr made sure I understood everything about the car. Dealing with people who actually love their job is a plus for all parties concerned. I will be getting all my service done at Castle, and of course letting my friends and relatives know how smooth this transaction was. Beyond the worst experience with a dealership. The service department is unprofessional and can careless about your needs. Literally took my car more than a week for a simple diagnoses that could be done with a simple scan and I’m on day 9 and yet no one has diagnosed my car. I was told by Arnold June 30 that my car was going to be diagnosed July 2 or 3, it’s July 9 and this unprofessional guy won’t return my calls. Never will I buy another car from this dealership. Never will I refer them anyone. All you are to this dealership is a profit and commission. I asked for a loaner.. they have none. More
