Absolutely infuriating! I had everything set—vehicle picked out, purchase agreement signed and sent to both me and the bank. I had a 9:30 AM appointment today to finalize the deal. But then Cassill calls and tells me they handed my vehicle over to someone else so they could have their mechanic inspect it. And instead of honoring our agreement, they said they’d let me know after 10:30 if that person decided not to buy it. When I called them out on it, all they had to say was, “There’s nothing we can do.” Nothing?! They blatantly gave away a car I was in the process of buying! And then, as if that wasn’t enough, they had the nerve to offer to find me a similar vehicle at auction—but wouldn’t even guarantee the same price. Unbelievable. More
