Best Staff Around! I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson from Cassens with the help of Greg Jantz and Dustin Simaytis. Greg was extremely helpful through the whole pro I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson from Cassens with the help of Greg Jantz and Dustin Simaytis. Greg was extremely helpful through the whole process and stayed late to help put it on a trailer even when he didn't have to. Dustin helped get me the best rate I've ever had on a vehicle and was great to work with. I noticed the managers not only talking with me, but with each customer that was there making sure they were taken care of. Overall best buying experience I have ever had and will definitely be back! Service Department /Service Manager is unprofessional Brought a Jeep and went with there oil plan coverage, They were changing my oil informing me that I was in need of an oil change when in fact the typ Brought a Jeep and went with there oil plan coverage, They were changing my oil informing me that I was in need of an oil change when in fact the type of car and oil that I was using required me to be able to go longer. The first time they did my oil change they put the wrong oil in my car and later called me back to inform me after the fact. But informed me that it wouldnt hurt my car. More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Went and negotiated a purchase of a new 2017 wrangler unlimited. Sales staff assured me they were the best with customer service and staff, even spoke Went and negotiated a purchase of a new 2017 wrangler unlimited. Sales staff assured me they were the best with customer service and staff, even spoke negatively of competitors reassuring they were the best choice. After negotiating a deal to buy it, they only THEN disclosed hail damage but agreed to fix it. As soon as they were paid (cash for the deal) the customer service is astonishingly terrible. They completely disregard customer service when repairing hail damage THEY DID NOT DISSCLOSE UNTIL AFTER I AGREED TO BUY THE CAR. The second time back at the dealership was to fix the doors because water is leaking into the floorboards of the brand new car. I was met with equally disgusting and unprofessional servicemen and unacceptable behavior. These people do not care about anything but the sale and lie about their customer service and almost everything else. Do not take the risk of having the same experience as me, buy somewhere else. There are plenty of options. More
