We had a list of options and packages we wanted in next truck. So in June they found one that met what we wanted. We go to look at truck and it was perfect...come to find out they couldn’t sell it to us because of custom/DEC issue and it needed more miles before it could be sold. We waited 3-4 weeks to see what kind of miles they could get on it. So they decided they weren’t going to rush the miles on this truck but tried to get us to purchase two different trucks which didn’t have what we wanted on it. So needless to say we didn’t not purchase the truck we wanted because at this point we were to the point we needed a new truck and couldn’t wait for the dream truck to be ready which they were saying it would be September/October before it would be ready. Kristen was good with us for the purchase we did make. Felt bad for her because she was thrown into the middle of this mess because she wasn’t who we originally were dealing with. Loyalty doesn’t matter to them. We will most likely be taking our business somewhere else when we are ready for the next vehicles. More
