Feel like they have gone downhill a little I have bought 2 other Ford f150's from caskinette as well as some family members. I live an hour away and decided they were great the first couple tim I have bought 2 other Ford f150's from caskinette as well as some family members. I live an hour away and decided they were great the first couple times to deal with so I thought I'd make the drive and see what I could do. Now let me say my salesman Mike Cummings was good to deal with and I really had no issues there,I financed the truck from my own bank and it went pretty smooth as I purchased a 2017 f150. Now the bad, the truck took two tries to start when I went to leave and I made my salesman aware of this and thinking well it is cold and sat on the lot for a bit ,it should be fine. It wasn't the next day I went to go to work and the truck would not start,I brought my batter jumper out and all it did was turn it over. It still would not start,the dealers response was well it is cold,which it was but my 2012 I had traded had no problems starting. I missed out on a 10 hour days of work and had to wait all day for them to send a tow truck. They brought it in and put a new battery in and I questioned the service department if that was the problem,they said yes. Well for 3 weeks my truck did not start for me unless it was about 20 degrees above, at first they mentioned it could be the starter freezing but yet didn't put a new one on. It took me talking to a service manager from another Ford dealership who couldn't believe they didn't replace the starter to get the ball rolling,after going back and forth and let me say my salesman and the manager Joe were good to deal with but as a whole the truck was not a reliable vehicle sold to me as it made me miss work,made me and my wife miss an important doctor's appointment and gave me an uneasy feeling about the truck. In the end it was me telling the service it needed a new starter and then finally doing it and I haven't had a problem since. Another gripe is the truck was still spotless from buying it and when I picked it up from getting the starter on there were a couple of smudges on my seat from dirt or grease and it looked like they stepped on everything but my drivers side floor mat.at this point I was angry and just left as I wasn't going to wait any longer to take my truck home. Overall someone should take pride in their work and treat the vehicle as their own, I did not see this at this place that I once wouild have given 5 stars to. More

Easy purchase, great dealership! Picked up my new F-150 Supercab Sport. After a local dealer and a dealer in Albany gave me the run around and didn’t want my business I went to Caskin Picked up my new F-150 Supercab Sport. After a local dealer and a dealer in Albany gave me the run around and didn’t want my business I went to Caskinette. I should have looked there in the first place. It was the easiest buying process I’d ever been through. Kristen Duggan was are saleswoman and she was absolutely amazing! I drove an hour and a half to get my truck and it was well worth it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They made a life long customer with me and my family!!! Thank you Kristen and Caskinette Ford. More

They arent loyal to you.. Bought a few vehicles prior, all work done in their garage, my family has bought many vehicles and ive refered many friends. But recently i had a bad sales and service expierance. Well i went bsck and made a huge mistake by purchasing a car. Chuck told all salesmen they do not negotiate sales so stop asking. I waited 3 hrs for my car to be able to drive. The window sticker said car starter, i dont have one. Instead i have to come back for it and sit and wait once again. The service guy beat my car when he went to get gas in it. Literally jumped the speedbump he came in so fast. How disrespectful. Im so upset and disgusted. I made a joke and said for the inconvenience they should throw in weather tech mats, they said they cant do that. I call BS on that. You may be loyal to them but they arent loyal back. Brian in sales did the best he can. But chuck made it hard to make a sale. More
