service When I took my car in for a nys inspection last weekend and made the appt over 3 weeks ago and it was made between 9:00-9:15 I waited over 35mins for When I took my car in for a nys inspection last weekend and made the appt over 3 weeks ago and it was made between 9:00-9:15 I waited over 35mins for them to take the car in for the inspection. I approached the service desk asking them if they were ever going to take the car in and when the guy I talked to checked with the girl I felt she was disrespectful to me as a customer and when I leave notes in my car asking them to make sure things are done andthen the next day find it under my seat, that tells me they ignored my request. Also I found out also my lights werre left on and never noticed it until the next day. My battery could have been dead. So you see I am not happy with your dealership or service and this will be the last time I do business with you and being my daughter was treated unfairly and rude from your service people and David Leonard. He is not one of my nice people at all and will never be. More
