My perfect truck! I had a service appointment for my 2011 F-150. While waiting I started talking with Joe about my options for a newer vehicle. Joe listened to what I needed and my wish list in a truck. He asked pertinent questions and answered mine. He has worked there so long, he knew my questions before I finished asking. And had the answers. Knowing I am retired, he made suggestions to make the process easier for me. And made phone calls on my behalf as he would know better then I what information would be needed. A totally less stressful experience then previous ones. He explained and demonstrated how everything worked, and made sure I understood. By the end of the day I was saying good-bye to Black Beauty and driving home in the truck of my dreams! And it is BLUE! More
