Said that his Called me up to pitch me a car. The finance Manager "Paul" quoted the mileage on the vehicle 10k miles lower than the actual odometer. Said that his prices are made to be lowest in 350 miles - simply not the case. Tried to add on fees. When I called him out on it, he was very rude. Not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. More
rip off Called earlier for a charger that they advertised on internet, made an appointment, when I went there they had a different price on the car. When I men Called earlier for a charger that they advertised on internet, made an appointment, when I went there they had a different price on the car. When I mentioned that they had a lower price on line they told me that for that price I had to purchase a warranty. At that point I asked how much are the warranties the salesman said $1000 to $4000. All their cars on the lot have an as is sticker on them so they can sell you a warranty. SO ILLEGAL or at least A BIG RIP OFF. More

Purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition January 2014. Paid additional document/registration fees (almost $1000). 3 weeks later and the vehicle is sitting in my driveway unable to be driven due to expired plat additional document/registration fees (almost $1000). 3 weeks later and the vehicle is sitting in my driveway unable to be driven due to expired plates. My husband was initially handling the transactions until I decided to call myself two weeks into purchasing regarding door handle replacement (documented on contract) which they agreed to repair, as well as the plates. Eddie transferred me over to Tom (who is allegedly the manager and refused to supply me with owner information) who became aggressive over the phone and threatened to hang up when I made mention of how many times my husband had been lied to regarding retrieval of plates and handle repair, numerous bad reviews and him being reported to the BBB. He also asked me "what do you want, I'm very busy." Since he already had our money we were no longer of importance. By the end of the conversation he guaranteed both the plates and door handle replacement would be taken care of by the end of the week. Weekend came and went---my husband went to pick up plates this morning and yet another problem. They seem to run into a lot of problems and communicating with their customers is not part of their "professionalism". The price is what got us in there but that price doubled very quickly! Did I also mention that the car also won't start...that's right, it just stalled in the driveway on Friday. I will effortlessly report them to EVERY single agency allowed. Based on the way they conduct business, which in my opinion is fraudulent and the manner in which they treat clients, this company should have its license revoked. Save yourself the trouble of becoming a victim and seek business else where. Please share this info...this place needs to be shut down! More
After getting pics, pulling car fax and many conversations-right as I was ready to buy Tom told me he was not going to sell a car to me unless I buy a warranty for 1000.00. I said you " Are goi conversations-right as I was ready to buy Tom told me he was not going to sell a car to me unless I buy a warranty for 1000.00. I said you " Are going to force me to buy a warranty? I don't feel I need it". Then he said they have one for 30 days at 800.00. I told him again I don't need it. He then told me he was not going to sell a car to me unless I buy one. He also told me there would be a documentation fee of 399.00 and said all dealers charge them. They lure you in with the low prices and force you into a corner with these warrantees and outrageous doc fees. I live out of state and that warranty would have been more hassle than it's worth. I told him if you are going to force people to buy a warranty package, you should put that on your site. They prey on those who are not financially savvy. If you want ethical, fair and a positive buying experience--stay away. More

First I send an email to see if vehicle was still available. (08 Black Ford Explorer - Eddie Bauer) I received a voice-mail from Tom that it was. I called back and asked for a Carfax. Tom read over available. (08 Black Ford Explorer - Eddie Bauer) I received a voice-mail from Tom that it was. I called back and asked for a Carfax. Tom read over the phone that the car was "in a minor accident once". I decide to drive down there about 20 miles to check it out. Well it appears no one works there or wants too! Finally found someone..Albert. A Russian that spoke very little English. I told him i'd like to look at the car, which was blocked in by so many others that if I wanted to test drive, I couldn't. He came out and rather than hand me the keys, he opened the drivers door and let me in the passenger side. (red flag) While checking out the vehicle and talking to him, he started to come off very cocky, arrogant and down right rude! I asked if I can test drive the vehicle...this after I looked at the few scratches and dent on the hood. He stated and I quote "If you want to test drive the car, I have to run your credit first." (red flag) Now where in the good ole USA do they do that?? SO I asked why, because if I didn't like the ride and decided not to purchase, it would take a hit on my credit. He then claimed this absurd excuse that "people take cars for test drives and don't bring them back, or bring them back with some parts changed. AGAIN, where in the good ole USA do they do that!! I decide to go into the office and take a look at the Carfax myself...lo and behold, this car has been in 2 accidents!! When I yelled that over to Tom who was in his office a few feet away, he claimed, "I didn't see that." Oh, how convenient! (red flag) So now I have my doubts. All the while, Albert is stating "You don't have to buy it if you don't want too". Wow, really?? Great salesman you are! I ask about any other SUVS that they may have, he shows me around, and when my sister calls him name out, he doesn't answer. When she said I was calling you Albert you didn't answer me. He then states, "That's because my name isn't Albert". Huh? Well you said your name was Albert and all of a sudden it's not?? Another red flag. Ok I'm losing count of red flags being thrown all over! I decide to look around the dealership at other cars. Hey, where's the guy that said his name was Albert, but then again it wasn't?? Well as I was looking around, Albert was sitting in the air conditioned office inside...no help whatsoever!! Even after all this, I decide to go look at the Explorer one final time. My sister then opens the driver side door, and lo and behold, it gets stuck while opening and closing!! AHA! Is this why he didn't give me the keys initially!?! It appears this was hit in another accident, not disclosed. That was it...i'm done! I tell my sister let's go, and she proceeds to go to the office and let "Albert" know, thanks for nothing. Well he comes out, we point out the issue with the door, and he rudely says "So what do you want me to do!" Rather than telling him what he can do with the entire vehicle, we chose to kindly just leave. If you have any sense whatsoever, you would stay as far away from this dealer as possible!! More
