Since purchasing my Toyota Corolla in 2004, I have had all of my service work done on this vehicle at Casey Toyota because I felt that they did outsta Since purchasing my Toyota Corolla in 2004, I have had all of my service work done on this vehicle at Casey Toyota because I felt that they did outstanding work and their customer service was excellent. The last few times I had been in for routine service or repairs I was assigned a new service advisor each time due to an obvious turnover in advisors. This was both frustrating and disappointing as the customer service was not what I had always been used to and the new advisors that I didn't know just didn't seem to take an interest in my vehicle and the work to be done. Thus, my confidence level in the service department decreased. Today, I brought my Corolla in for the yearly inspection and routine maintenance and was assigned to Mike Smith. I was impressed the minute I met Mike by his professionalism and attention to detail. It turned out I had to have alot more work done on my vehicle besides the scheduled work as well as 4 new tires but Mike went above and beyond to look after the job and I feel he had my best interest at heart. The work was done in a timely manner and Mike had my car washed and vacuumed too. Because of Mike Smith and the customer service he provided, my confidence in the service dept. at Casey Toyota is renewed and I once again am a very satisfied customer! I will be scheduling all future service appointments with Mike! More

Because of the helpfulness of 2 previous service techs, I recently purchased 2 new vehicles here. I was disappointed recently to find out that my 2nd service tech also no longer works at this dealership. I was assigned to Mike Smith on a visit Saturday and he went out of his way to be both friendly and helpful and reassure my confidence in this dealership's service after the sale!. Mike greeted me right away and didn't waste anytime taking my car in for service. Mike really took the time and explain what is included in the 5,000 miles maintenance and how long the wait would be (30 minutes). Glad I showed up early because by the time I got coffee from the wait room I turned around and saw 5 cars lined up in the garage. Car Inspection Came to the dealership later than my appointment (by a half hour) they did not give me a hard time and were really understanding, THANKS! I had my three year old with me and they have a nice waiting area for kids and they also had fruit snacks and Ritz cracker packages. This was a nice touch. My only suggestion is to put one adult seat in the kids waiting area. My wait time was under an hour and they were really busy (and the fact I was late) so I was pleased. We had a great vacation on the outerbanks our last stop was going to be williamsburge va bush gardens. When we reached williamsburge I could tell the car was not running right so we took it to caseys Toyota. We were greeted by wonderful staff. when I told them our situation with us promising my daughter she would make it home in time for her dance show they assured me they would do their best to make that happen and they did. they got us a used part and fixed our car that day. We left 2am tues morning got home at 2:30 pm and my daughter was able to dance just like we told her she would. If it was not for the exceptional work Service Consultant Julianne Hessey and the mechanic that worked on my car none of this was possible.We were greeted helped and taken care of like I've never seen. I want to thank all the staff. Casey Toyota should feel proud to have the staff that works their. thanks again More

The service department went out of their way to help us repair the vehicle quickly; because they did not have a loaner vehicle large enough to accommodate our family size, they worked overtime to get us on the road again. They were very reasonably priced and the whole dealership was friendly & patient towards us and our young children. We waited in a clean show room and were very comfortable. Katie Gilbert went out of her way to assist us in getting the repair done quickly. If we did not live over 1 hour away, we would use this dealership for all future auto maintenance & repairs. More
Awful service center I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla and my husband has a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. We started using Casey Toyota for servicing our vehicle in July 2010 once arriv I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla and my husband has a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. We started using Casey Toyota for servicing our vehicle in July 2010 once arriving from Connecticut. Within the last year it appears the service department has been going downhill. It started last July 2013 when I had my state inspection and it passed inspection with reports saying everything is good. I went for an oil change 3 months later and was told I needed 4 brakes and that all 4 brakes were bad. I asked how can that be when 3 months previously I was told the brakes were borderline at the time in inspection. That makes no since because I have the Multi Point Inspection Sheet putting my brakes in the green area which means they are good. I don't drive the Corolla a lot because it is my second car, so it sits a lot. The next problem, The check engine light came on in my Corolla in January 2014 and I went to Casey Toyota service department and they said I needed a Catalytic Converter and I cannot drive the car and it will cost $2,100 and that is with a discount. I then got on my cell phone and called another mechanic and he said the converter only cost $945.00. I left Casey Toyota in spite of their telling me I cannot drive the car and drove it to another mechanic for a second opinion. The mechanic put my car up on the lift and said the converter is loose but I can still drive it for a couple of months with no problem. Well he was correct I drove the Corolla for 3 more months and he put in a new catalytic converter for $905.00 which was a big difference from Casey Toyota's service departments price. I will stop here because I can go on and on but it is pointless. I no longer go to Casey Toyota Service department. More
