Loyal Customer Purchased my 2015 Prius V at Casey Williamsburg and have had all my service done here as well. Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a salesman and the sales manager. It is the service department that is keeping me coming back. Service has been friendly and efficient. Any small hiccups are dealt with quickly and graciously. Have spent enough time in the waiting area (for regular service when I have chosen to wait) that I feel very at home. Have used the shuttle when I wanted to meander around Walmart for a change of scenery and that service has been prompt and gracious as well. More

I have never felt pressured or obligated to purchase "extra" while having my car serviced and my husband feels comfortable with me taking our car in for service, because they are trustworthy and have never taken advantage of me. My recent car service appointment was a new experience, found a vehicle for my husband and purchased the next day. We will be repeat customers for life! Gene Riddle, my service guy and John Ogden, our salesman, are the best of the best. And of course Miles Casey, couldn't have done it without him. You can't go wrong purchasing a vehicle from them or having your vehicle serviced by them. I can't say enough good things!!!! More

I recently hit the 210,000 mark and as always, received excellent customer service when I came in for the oil change. Shawn was prompt, polite, answered all of my questions, and I left - as always - feeling treated very well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR RECALL OR PAINT JOBS!! We took our Toyota Tacoma Truck here to replace the frame as a result of the recall. The dealership performed the work along with other work including We took our Toyota Tacoma Truck here to replace the frame as a result of the recall. The dealership performed the work along with other work including state inspection. We were gave a loaner for the duration of the repair work. We a returned the loaner and picked up the our truck. They did not charge us for the state inspection, how nice we thought (little did we know what the dealership was trying to hide). Upon inspection of our truck we realize that the dealership removed the bumper and (what it looked it) was dragged across the cement floor. The dealership DID NOT mention the damage nor was the dealership surprised when it was brought to their attention. The manager heard us return the truck did not even come over to apologize. As a result of the un-honest return, we further inspected the truck and found NUMEROUS other damages which included scratches to the bull bar and all over the truck. We had to call corporate because the dealership did not want to take responsibility nor did they want to correct their mistake. After numerous calls to corporate the dealership decided to fix the damages. The dealership painted the bumper and tailgate DID NOT FIX the dents created. For the scratches over the truck they touched it up; the touch up is worst then the scratches that were there before (see pictures attached). Micheal Bowen, the CRM, said our truck was better off then it was before it came in. He was correct in the fact the the frame is in better shape but the paint is HORRIBLE. When we asked about the crappy scratch repair by saying: “This is the quality of work that the dealership is going to put their name on?” Micheal replied “This is all we can do.” He was rude and did not care about the needs of the customer nor did he have any desire to fix what the dealership messed up. I highly suggest to take your vehicle somewhere else for all recalls and do not take your vehicle here for touch ups or paint jobs. If you do by chance (if you no other options) take your vehicle to the Casey Dealership, document your vehicle’s condition by having a walkthrough with a dealership personal and take pictures!! The dealership has no regard for customers nor for other people’s belongings. Note: I was unable to post pictures along with this review. I posted review on other review sites; please reference the other reviews. More
