On Oct 2014 I stopped by Casey Toyota to purchase a vehicle from your lot. The bad salesman tricks your salesman used drew me to purchase my vehicle from another dealership. On and around end of Aug 2019, I decided to give CT another chance and that is where my family and I met Mrs. Lisa DeVore. From day one she echoed our military core values: integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. Since we were on a tight time line to PCS to South Korea. She worked our case till we finalized our purchase. She gave time to look at various vehicle used and new. In addition, she pointed out the benefits of purchasing a used and new vehicle. When we finally decided to purchase a new vehicle, the options and color was not available at the Williamsburg lot. With her magic touch, she was able to get our vehicle from Chesapeake to williamsburg and have all the bells and whistles we asked for installed on our 2019 Tundra. You may be wondering why am I posting a review on Mrs. Lisa DeVore one year out from my initial purchase? By giving a review 1 year out it paints a vivid image the true character of sales person dedication to their customer. Since my last contact with CT and Mrs. DeVore she has check up on my families health status, PCS experience, and our purchase. If CT or Toyota is looking for an example for their training example of an excellent sales person, please us my testimony. Where do I even start. Casey Toyota made me feel like I was apart of a family. I went in just to "look" at a highlander. I was already in the process of buying another vehicle at a different dealership, ho was apart of a family. I went in just to "look" at a highlander. I was already in the process of buying another vehicle at a different dealership, however I ended up going with Casey Toyota. Lisa was SUPER friendly, I didnt feel pressured at all to buy. My only recommendations would be, making sure they are fully aware of all the features on the vehicle. I was told my truck didnt come with wifi, but after a week I found out that it did. I was informed remote start was only via the app. this was almost a deal breaker for me. so I inquired about getting it installed at the dealership, which was about $500. I didn't do it that day, as we agreed to see how the year trial went , then I would add the remote starter. well just yesterday (2 weeks after buying the truck) I indeed have a remote starter on my key fob. Overall i would definitely recommend Casey Toyota More

From Lisa to the used car manager, Miles Casey, for my trade in to Danny and Jacob in Finance to Howard Mcoy for my new car and Mark Shebelski managing the crew - everyone worked well together to find, prepare, finance, and deliver exactly the Camry I wanted. Miles is a consummate professional. I thought we would test drive a Highlander and purchase elsewhere but Miles ensured that wasn’t going to be necessary. We want to begin by saying we have bought many cars from some of the largest and most reputable dealers in the Hampton Roads Area. Although buying a vehicle is exciting, it can also be stressful. This brings us to our latest car buying adventure. In a word "Unparalleled"! We found the right car, the right dealership and most of all the right sales tech/consultant. Mr. John Householder provided professionalism and experience beyond any we have had in the past. He displayed from the start his willingness to let us know that he would be completely focused on our deal. He was understanding and patient, (even when we were demanding), and took the stress of car buying out of the equation. He assured us no corners would be cut and a quality vehicle would be delivered by him and his dealership. This he did. John answered every question and concern to our complete satisfaction and in a focused and expedient manner. We believe John went above and beyond on this sale. We appreciate all he did to help us and we are extremely pleased with the result. More

In addition I belive the Toyota dealers are honest and open with everything related to the vehicle. My previous experiences with Casey Toyota were really good. However yesterday I bought a used 2019 Avalon from Casey Toyota, and I’m having a really bitter/sweet taste with the experience. In my humble opinion as a customer you have some work to do with your staff. 1. I’m having a conversation with Mr. Miles and out of nowhere Mr. Howard McCoy jumped into the conversation in a really rude and unprofessional way to use one of the "sales tactics”. (Friday/26June2020). 2. The Sales personnel (Miles and John) said the car will be cleaned/detailed for me before I arrived to test drive it and move on with the purchase. When I got there (Saturday/27June2020)The interior of the car was dirty, some kind of greasy product was all over the driver sit headrest and the engine compartment was nasty never touched/cleaned. 3. Sales associate (John) provided a NO open recall paperwork, to my surprise when I research a recall is OPEN for the vehicle. 4. During the buying process I requested a Carfax report to double check the Casey Toyota claim of the car has a clean Carfax report, However I never received the CarFax report. To my surprise when I got home and signed-in into the Toyota Connect App Service (that I purchase) the service history shows: a. 18FEB2019 Body & Paint work b. 15MAY2019 AllState FAB/Paint work done I believe this is the reason I never got the CarFax report that I was promised by John. 5. Finally I’m moving all my personal items from my previous vehicle to the Avalon. The sales associate said you have almost a full tank of gas; when I got in the car and start driving I noticed that the fuel level was 3/4 not almost full. I’m really disappointed, and I feel that Casey Toyota personnel lie / hide information during the buying process. As a Military Officer with 24 years of service and 5 deployments/tours to defended the Nation and the Freedom we all enjoyed I feel cheated and disgusted to serve this Country for people like this. I want to believe that Mr. Arthur S. Casey will disapprove this type of Business Practices. I will be at the Casey Toyota dealer today Sunday/28JUN2020 when the doors open, trying to resolve this issue. Hopefully I can see you there or you contact me ASAP. More
I spoke with Ted yesterday. I explained their prices appear higher than other dealers. He stated I would be surprised at how good of a deal they would make with it being the end of the month. He setup a virtual meeting with sales and then they never called me. Another representative called later in the evening to ask how the virtual session went. When I told him I never got a call, he put me in touch with the manager named Miles Casey. I told miles about another offer I received from another dealership and he stated the system was slow and asked if he could call me back. I never received any further communication from the dealer. Not impressed. More
